Actually, no.... that raw, overcast, chill-to-the-bones stuff that's so prevalent from about October through May is too much for me to take (especially after being in Florida for so long now) but I lived in Philadelphia for about 10 years. It's much more "home" than my native-born New England. I miss Philly terribly some times... *sniff*... and I have been known to jump on a plane and visit. I still have many excellent friends, family and contacts there, including one or two friends who work at Penn.

Got screenies of Elizabeth and fawn as hieroglyphics, but tinypic isn't wanting to upload them so I'll try later.

When I was in Egypt in 2000, I ordered a silver necklace with my name in it like this, but when I checked the letters against a bag I got with the Egyptian alphabet on it, I realized they spelled my named Elizabeh without the T, so I was upset and stopped wearing it. I went to the shop's website and emailed the owner to try to order a replacement, or sent it in to get fixed, but he said it would cost more to ship it back and forth than the cost of the necklace, etc. My mother in law got a nice gold one with her name Alzada on it, and it's beautiful! At least I didn't spend all the money for a gold one to have it messed up.
