.:About the Cervi:. Name: Cheveyo. Age: 24 Stage: Adult. Partial to: Marcella, his twins. Personality: Again, he has changed a lot. He's not like his old self, per say, but he's a lot calmer, mroe friendly, and a heck of a lot more patient. Orphen helped that a bit, but it was only when his kids were born that it really kicked in. Likes: Pies, pastries and all those sorts of things, making things, kids. Dislikes: Humans, porcupines, sand, and now chipmunks. Quirks: Can sing fairly good, but will never, never let anyone hear him, as he thinks he sounds like a dying chipmunk.

Friends/Family Aka. Aquaintances. Friends|X| Riome- Chev doesn't know what to think of him right now. One second, Riome's saying he doesn't like him, and the next he is asking Cheveyo to be his brother of sorts, so...we'll see where that goes. |X| Conomara Daithi- Chevy generally likes him. He tried to help when Chev was 'attacked' by a human, and gave him apple slices. |X| Ceryn- She tried to save him from the human aswell, and she was nice, so Cheveyo likes her. |X| Tempest- The first of those kids he met that wasn't a brat. She healed his finger, which he pricked on a porcupine, so he holds her in pretty high esteem. |X| Darrin Irae- ...he thinks he is King. This amused, and annoyed Cheveyo greatly. If Darrin hadn't been as bratty as Riome, he may have thought it cute. XD |X| Moonlight Sonata- They met when they were kids when she supposedly tripped, bumping into him and knocking him into the mad. Then they met again as teens and she was determined to get him to go somewhere with her O-o. |X| Duskan Ethereal- He's met him twice, and both times the poor thing was scared. Cheveyo was quite taken with him, finding him adorable. |X| Siaru- Cheveyo's seen him twice, but only 'met' him once. He tripped over him, and things got a little awkward from there. What happened. |X| Runa- She saw what happened between Chev and Siaru, and insisted on drawing it, then giving them a copy. Cheveyo managed to escape, but he will more than likely still get the picture. xd
Family
|X| Marcella Aitken- Ok, not technical family, but it's fitting enough for now. Mars is Chev's 'precious one', though he won't say that to her unless the occassion really, really calls for it. He's under the impression she doesn't like all that mushy crap.
|X|, |X| Shilah & Seren Aitken - Cheveyo's babies. He thought he could be protective of other kids, but apparently that protectiveness was mild. Very mild. Compared to what he feels for these two anyway. He won't let many even go near them, though he hasn't openly shown this. No one but Rolande has approached them in his presence.
Again, need to update.

Cheveyo lay on his animal stomach, whittling at a half-carved block of wood infront of his house, slowly zoning out, his thoughts drifting to his earlier, when he wasn't living on his own...
A young Cheveyo looked up at his mother, laughing and trying to grab at the necklace dangling from her hand,"Mama! P'ease?" She laughed and let him have it, running her fingers through his hair delicately, avoiding the small stubs of antlers, a loving smile on her face. He thought of her daughter when she looked at Cheveyo. Well, of course she did, how could she not. Her son would naturally remind her of her daughter wouldn't he? Beautiful. Both of them. "Mama! Shiny." Cheveyo laughed gleefully, waving his pudgy little hand, making the shiny stone on the end of the twine wave around, glinting in the sunlight. The two cervis sat in a small clearing, in a soft patch of grass. It was beautiful out, and Cheveyo couldn't be happier. Snuggled into his mother's side, with the sun warming them and birds singing in the surrounding trees. "Dada coming?" "Soon, baby. Soon." "Maia come too?" "Yes, sweety."
Cheveyo blinked, snapping back to reality. He yawned, putting the now fully carved wood into a pouch. He'd carved it into a deer. Standing up, he stretched a back leg, then looked around, before turning and going inside.

Journal-
I haven't written in here since I was eleven. I don't know why I'm starting now, but I am. I don't even know what to write about, obviously, a lot has happened. I somehow managed to gain a 'sibling', a rather annoying, flea-ridden enemy, and a friend. A friend who happened to make me realize I like men as well, lovely, isn't it? Moon's great though, apparently I've met her before. I only kind of remember. Let's see, what else. Oh, right. Blade. Uh-what to say, he's hot, to say the very least, but I'm not going to delve too far into that. Oh! Right. Maia. I met her again for the first time in years. Sure, she was injured, but it was still nice to see her. Though, some of what she told me has gotten me thinking about a lot of things. About these stalkers, and unitaurs. But, moving on. There's apparently a satyr around in Haventree (which is where I'm at right now). I've still to see it, but everyone?s talking about it, even now those two over there are talking. But, I should get back to who I've met in those five years I haven't written. Let's see, there's Daithi. Goddess, if anyone has more gorgeous hair, I haven't seen it. It's unnatural, I tell you. There's Tschida. He's, well, I have no idea how to describe him, but I'm not as awkward around him as others, which is good. Not awkward at all, really, for which I'm quite proud, thank you very much. Ok. Duskan. Adorable, that little thing. Always scared to. Reminds me of myself; unnerving, but still. He's the sort you just want to pick up and hug all the time. Ah, yes. Can't forget Mars. Funny cervid, that one. She's gonna go far though, you can tell. Determined and independent. Cute too, but something tells me I shouldn't say that. Then there's Tempest, Ceryn and a little island baby I didn't catch the name of, which I didn't really get to know. But, I?ve met them, so. I'm sure I'm missing some, but I have to leave it here, apparently I'm in the way of something.
Cheveyo.

Journal,
Again, writing in you out of boredom, to be honest. Haven't seen alot of the people I'd met lately, which is in some cases, a good thing. I want to see Moon again, though. And Blade...shut up. Anyway, alot of those annoy little brats have turned into only mildly annoying teens. From what I know, Darrin hasn't grown yet, but I haven't seen him in ages (thank the Gods), so I don't know. Oh, right. Should tell you about Siaru, right? It's weird with him, really, because I've got a crush on him, despite the fact I still like Blade. He's hot, it has to be said. First time meeting him was so damn embarassing though...I tripped over him. And a foxtaur, named Rune, saw us, and decided to draw the scene. Wonderful, ne? What else, what else? Oh! I met that satyr. Her name is Thea. Atleast, that's what she said. She was so damn cute! And I know I'm getting all girly here, but gah! I want one. Anyway, I'll leave it here, gotta go have a bath, I don't smell to great after picking those mulberries.

Journal,
Been writing in you alot more than I intended. Was trying to get out of this habit, but once you jump back in... Anyway, who've I met since the last time I mentioned other taurs...Ah yes, Darrin HAS grown, and I am not touching on that subject right now. Ceryn kept making rather snide comments..anyway, the foxtaur I mentioned in my last entry is RunA, not RunE. Just had to say that. I met Niamh, Nikolai (Mm), this cute little blue and black centaur, and I couple of humans. Well, I didn't really met them, y'know, me being me, but they were there, none-the-less. Off the subject, I had another nightmare. Same one pretty much. Someone was in my hut while I was sleep and they leant over me in the bed. Not to terribly scary for most, but add the fact you're unable to move or scream, and you can feel them getting closer. Not the best dream ever. Anyway, I'm going to go to the beach. I had the need for ocean air.

Journal,
I write in you purely out of boredom today. There is nothing to do, no one around, and I'm left to sit outside my house and die from lack of socializing. I'm not a very social creature, but everyone needs to talk to someone once in a while, right? Or maybe it's just me. Ed came back for Gary a few hours ago, with this really scary looking dude named Darian. He was nice though, shy. Huge, but shy. Yeah, I didn't get it either. He's apparently where Gary got his dragon genes from. Not to hard on the eyes, either. Well, that is until he turned into the huge, flying lizard that was taller than the trees...that was just plain scary. Gary loved it though, starting squealing. Anyway, so they left, after Darian fixed the whole in my roof (which Ed blew into existance). She was playing with this weird ball a few days back, which exploded inside my house. Yeah, they left, and I went to get some herbs, for my dinner tonight. Treating myself, is there something wrong with that. Having hare. Mm, good I love hair hare. With cooked apples, herbs and apricots. Ed was disgusted when I mentioned it, and Darian was confused about why I cooked it...which was disgusting. He told me he eats cows and sheep...alive. He just drops down out of the sky, picks them up, and carries them off. I know, because he did it to me. Thought I was a deer. I managed not to get eaten, obviously, but Ed was greatly amused by it all. Well, I better wrap this up, gotta go cook.

Journal
I'm alot happier now than I have been in awhile. And this only has to do with those teenager feelings in a small way...seriously. Finally got the courage to, well, ask for a kiss. And I got it. It was Marcella. She's gorgeous now that she's grown. Still independant, and I love that about her. Thankfully, I'm not allowed to call her any of those lovey-dovey names. As long as I'm not called 'little boy'. Can't stop thinking about her though, and usually that would drive me nuts, but I like thinking about her. And NO, I don't think about her THAT way...all the time. Ok, I have the odd fantasy, but nothing too rude, I swear. I have manners. It's mostly just kissing...yeah, kissing. Anyway, I'm going go down to the beach. Bye.

There was silence in the bit of the forest surrounding Chev's house, apart from the chatter of birds, the rustle of leaves, and the occasional chittering of the squirrel that had made it's home in an oak tree. That peaceful silence was broken by a dull 'thunk' as an arrow hit the base of a tree and stuck. Then, a pheasant rushed out of the underbrush surrounding said tree with a loud noise, feathers flying everywhere as he tried to escape. It was shot down by another flying arrow, that hit it in the breast, and the sound of hooves on dirt was heard as Cheveyo came out of his 'hiding' spot. "Well, you're not a rabbit, but you'll do. I'm not looking forward to plucking you though..." He picked up the dead bird by the feet, his bow hooked over his shoulder as he looked around, having heard a loud crack, then a small 'oops'. Frowning, he made his way towards the noise, getting his bow ready. But when he pushed back the leaves, he was shocked by what he saw. It was a teen girl, around his age, and she looked like a normal cervid...except with the golden color of her lower body, and her brazen hooves. That wasn't normal, and neither was the brass horns poking out from her golden blond hair. Females didn't have horns...not to mention she was almost unnaturally pale, but she was still beautiful, in an eery way. "Ah! Who're you!?" Chev found an arrow pointed right in his face, causing him to go cross-eyed. "I'm Cheveyo! I live here, don't hurt me..." This boy has issues. The arrow was lowered hesitantly, "Well, you don't look very threatening..." "I'm not, trust me." There was silence, from both, then Cheveyo hesitantly said, "Uh...what's your name...and what are you?" "I'm...a Golden Hind...and my name...I don't remember. I don't even know where I am..." It was going to be a long day.

He'd left the isles as a niave teen, and had come back a fairly world-wise man. He'd found what he'd been looking for, but it wasn't what he had expected. All his life, Cheveyo had been enthralled by creatures that, apparently, only existed in the depths of one's imaginations. He'd though he's dreams of finding them just that, dreams. But when he'd seen a dragon, with his own two, keen eyes, he knew that there had to be others out there. He'd thought satyrs nothing but myths, until one came dancing along his path. Who knew what other fantasies were more than sheer imagination? So, he'd gone looking. He'd been gone four years (let's pretend, ok?). Four, way-too-long years. It took him that long to find it. And it turned out, the one fantasy he wanted to be real, was just a story. Unitaurs had been a fantasy, until everyone started having dreams. That's what got Chev. EVERYONE was having dreams. When it had just been Maia, or even a few cattaurs, it made sense, but why would the unitaurs reach out to everyone. But they'd ended up real, so Cheveyo didn't care at the time. Now he did. What had he gone looking for? The phoenix. But, just his luck, all he found were more damned stories. More damned myths. More goddamned lies. You may not understand why it upset him so, but I'm not going to explain it. It had been important to him, but why isn't something he wanted to answer to anyone. He took his first step back into the forest of Cein Isles and sighed. Finally, he was back.

Journal,
Just when you think you've got one annoying human out of your hair, and even more annoying one comes along. And this time, they stick to you. The other day, I met a human boy who claimed to do magic, and had a guardian named...geez, I can't remember, but he had a guardian. Such a queer thing, he was, but, he was well-mannered, so he wasn't that bad. Gwydion, the human, has somehow come to the conclusion, that I am his guide. He follows me everywhere, probably in hopes of finding a cattaur. Or even a unitaur. I didn't like the look on his face when I mentioned them, so I've kept my mouth shut since, despite his urges for me to tell him more. I've managed to escape him for atleast a little while. I'm near the mountains, which is somewhere I don't go often, so this won't be the first place he'll look if he wants me. Dammit, I spoke too soon, there he is. But, he doesn't seem to be looking for me...he's heading up the mountains. Without his guardian. I wonder what he's doing?
