Well, one day I was shaving my arm pits and I guess I did it at a weird angle and cut myself.
Well, I thought it would heal quickly, but now there is a weird bump and it's really itchy.
Did I infect it somehow?

It sounds like an ingrown hair to me, but if you're worried it's infected, it can't hurt to see a doctor.

It could just be razor burn. If it gets any worse, just put some antiseptic cream on it and it may help. Some even have an anti-itch formula in them.
