Jeron 2's Evil Campaign

Characters:
1. N.O.X. NE Female Human Ranger/Cleric - Played by BloodOnWhitePetals N. O. X. is a young human with green eyes and short red hair worn in pigtail-braids, and a large scar across the left side of her otherwise doll-like face, partially covered by her eye patch. Her skin is pale and freckled. She is a striking sight in her long black cleric's vestments, dress cut down the sides to improve mobility, wearing high, black leather boots and weilding a huge, black double-headed axe. Her clothes are cross crossed by belts to prevent her robes from flowing. She has no holy symbols or other identifying marks on her.

2. Skilkiev the Empty Hearted LE Male Human Fighter/Rouge - Played by DeathGod02 He is a young human male, with short raven black hair, pale skin and cold eyes. One eye is brown the other is red suggesting some demonic blood in his family. He wears a black cloth mask that cover the lower half of his face, he never takes it off.
Current Status: Driving a carriage full of dead people toward the nearest town.
3. Silvatharas "Silva" Dracos NE Male Wood Elf Fighter - Played by LeHandro RoseHunter

4. Pharaun CE Male Fey'ri Sorcerer - Played by DarkHayama Pharaun rarely ever appears in his natural form, as most elves would likely try to kill him if they discovered him, but when he is, his skin is a pale white, his hair jet black, and his eyes a fiery red. He looks mostly elven, save the large bat like wings that protrude from his back, and the long pointed tail that juts from behind him. Not ashamed of his heritage, he sometimes even keeps his fiery red eyes while using alter self to change his appearance, though never when it could cause his true identity to be known. A creature of chaos, he rarely ever keeps the same disguise for long, preferring to alter himself frequently. On his hip, however, he always has a very ornate light crossbow, marked with the symbol of a wealthy moon elf house, which he keeps as a trophy from a battle from long ago. His fingers are decorated with several rings, two of which are magical, the rest are just for decoration.

7. Remington Blackthorn LE Male Human Cleric - Played by Sylvanes Remington's appearence vasty contrasts the gaunt, almost skeletal figure of most clerics of Nerull. He keeps his long. jet black hair tied in a neat ponytail which reaches down to his upper back. His face, one of moderate good looks, can usually be seen with a friendly smile or a calm collected deminor. His grey eyes only add to his already handsome complexion. He has a well built body, standing at 6' 1" and which is a rarity amoung his brood, but he tends to keeps it coved from prying eyes. Under his cloths however, it reveals that he is truely a fanitical follower of the god of Death. On his right arm, he has the symbol of Pelor tatooed on his shoulder, which he has never bothered to try and get removed. On his back however, he has a branding that covers almost half his back skin, depicting Nerull and all his glory. Other than the brands under his skin, the only thing that really makes others wonder about him are why he always keeps a old, worn, pipe in his mouth. That itself isn't strange, but the fact that he doesn't smoke is.

Skilkiev Emerges
------------------------------------------------------
A carriage lies in the middle of a lightly traveled forest trail. The forest is eerily quiet, with no sound except the horses driving the carriage figgiting restlessly, unsure of what to do. The driver has a gash across his neck and leaning backward over the top of the carriage. Blood is dripping down the sides of the carriage forming at pools at the wheels. One of the carriage guards lie slumped over his horse with a bolt sticking out of the back of his head. The other guard is nowhere to be seen, with only a long smear of blood indicting the direction that his horse ran with him still attached. The door to the carriage creaks slowly open. Skilkiev steps down from the carriage, wiping blood from his punching daggers before he retracts them back into their hiding place.

With a great sigh, Skilkeiv looks around. This one was a particulally boring assingment. and the guards didn't put up much of a fight.
The breeze sends a whisper of a faint voice. And he nods his head in agreemen. Pulling a cloth from a side pouch he wipes off his hands, then pulls the bolt free of the guradsmans head.

As Skilkeiv steps down from the carriage, he suddenly notices a short figure covered in a black cloak. When you peer into the hood, his face is not visible, only his slightly glowing red eyes. The figure does not appear to be armed. An arm in a black suit and black gloves reaches out. In his hand appears to be a sealed note. He makes no motion toward you, but instead stands there with his hand held out, as though he wants you to take the note.

Skilkeiv narrows his eyes at the new comer. Then looks to the letter, he finishes cleaning the bolt and places it back into his pouch.
"Is that a job, I'm sorry I am currently under another employer at the moment. You'll have to wait your turn. Come back to me in a day or two."
With that he turns to fiish his job.

As you glance down at the letter you recognize the seal on the letter. The seal belongs to an organization that you do not know the name of, but have worked for before. The organization is known to pay the very few mercenaries that it hires very, very handsomely.
The figures speaks in a voice that sounds like the air is barely able to escape from beyond the hood, "My master knows this, but assures that you will be paid very well. He also said that he will understand if you must complete your job before you start this one, he understands the honor of the mercenaries that he hires. He said he would no other with this charge and asks that you take this letter and start the job when you are able." The figure continues to hold out the letter toward you.

Skilkeiv walks over to the hooded figure and gently takes the letter. Another whisper and he nods he concent.
"Fine I will do what your master asks, after I finish with my current mission. I am pleased to hear that your master remembers how I work. Then this will make thing run smoothly. Dose he wish for a meeting first?"

Skilkeiv takes the letter from the figure. He glances at the letter and when he looks up the figure is gone, thus having him speak to the air. When you open the letter, you notice the seal catches fire, but doesn't harm you or the letter. The seal burns away completely, leaving no trace of it, and no trace of who sent you the letter. The letter contains information on the job, including illustrations and details.

Skilkiev examines the letter learning the details of the job being offered. He knows that the town which the carriage was heading is less than a half days journey from where you are and is where he needs to head to complete his current job.

He jumps up into the drivers seat of the carrage after dealing with the approperate measures (mainly stowing away the bodys) And heads for the town.

210 Minutes of Pure Agony ------------------------------------------------------ N.O.X. awakes to find herself naked and her hands bound and tied to the ceiling. The rope allows just enough slack for her feet to barely touch the ground so that here wrists don't support all of her body weight. The room she is in is round with plain stone walls and a feature less wooden. The door is completely smooth on this side with no indication of how to open it. There are blood pools and streaks covering the floor. N.O.X. can recall being tortured by laughing guards for about three and a half hours the previous night, but has no memory of being captured.The door silently opens and fours guards in heavy armor with longswords on their belts walk into the room and surround N.O.X. The guards don't pay much attention to her, but continue talking amongst themselves about daily lives.

((Sorry it took me so long to get over here. I think the mess N.O.X. is in has taken me a bit to think out. This should be fun twisted ))
N.O.X. watches the guards intently, waiting for their first mistake. She figures she could get one with her legs, but that would still leave three armed men to deal with. The type of treatment she has received from the guards is not too new to her, but she still can't help picturing the mutilated bodies of these humans with pleasure.
Considering her current options N.O.X. has trouble coming up with a better plan than "wait and kill". She thinks about using a strength spell as tests the bindings around her wrists.

The guards continue talking, still paying you no attention. As the guards begin laughing, one of them behind N.O.X. pulls out his dagger and cuts the rope holding N.O.X. to the ceiling. She drops to the floor with a loud thud. The guards still don't pay much attention to her as two them reach down to lift her up.

As the guards reach down for her, N.O.X. rolls on to her face and chants quietly in a guttural tongue, so low it almost sounds like growling. Suddenly a glowing, ghostly battleaxe appears just inside the doorway to the cell amidst the talking guards. As N.O.X. peers upward to see the guards reactions, she prepares to attack. N.O.X. cast Spiritual Weapon Initiative: 19 +7 = 26
