My dad bought Octavarium for my sister! I've even talked about wanting it for a long time, but he buys it for her! I'm going to borrow it from her, of course, but I just feel like whining.

Whenever my sister gets something I wanted I always swap something for it. It helps that our tastes in music are very similar and I have a lot of cd's. It usually ends up with me giving her two cd's for one, but we're normally both happy with it

just consider yourself fortunate that they don't do what my family tends to do, get you a cd in a genre you absolutly hate.
that's why whenever I want a cd I just go buy it myself *LOL*
