You would have to do it right before though, and I personally would never put something like that in such a delicate area.

Jumping up and down after doing it will keep you from getting pregnant.
Oh, and I'm not entirely sure about the cola thing. It could very well work, but something like lemon juice would be more likely. Actualy, using lemon and other highly acidic things where an early form of birth control.
