Mind Bender

The Story:
The empire of Goiden is large, full of hot sand, high mountains and thick forests. Everything about the land is extreme and hard to live in, but all the same the inhabitants live a good life under their respected emperor. Peace has reined for many years and the thought of war in nonexistent.
But behind the gold lined banners of such a thriving empire deceit, greed and betrayal dwell. In the land that lays south-east of Goiden, named Stoirmeacha and ruled by (I need someone to make and play this character. :3), a disturbing plot is being put in action.
Well most of Goiden lays unaware, the wise and those who pay to be informed have noticed odd things happening, soldiers from Stoirmeacha have been seen in the villages, all over the land people have been disappearing one at a time and even though Stoirmeacha and Goiden are allies, tension has been building in the royal courts.
Current plot:
The Stoirmeachans are searching out the mind benders and capturing them with the intention of using them to overthrow the Goiden empire and take control.
A small band of mind benders have become aware of this and are seeking out others of their kind, through a series of underground posts they are sending word to their own and arranging a counterattack.
Mind Benders:
Mind benders have the power to persuade and even control ones emotions, depending on how much they have trained. MB is a power you are born with, it's not something you can learn, many people live out their lives never knowing they had it. Each MB can only control two emotions, for example, empathy and doubt.
If two Mind benders try to control the same person or use there powers on eachother, the mind bending is canceled out.
Characters that need players:
Jake - Jake is a monk, he lives at a temple by himself and tends to it, he has no mind bending powers. He has studied the ways of mind bending and knows just about everything there is to know, he is an important character because he can help the ones unaware of their powers learn how to identify them and use them. He holds many secrets about his life before he became a monk and seems to know more about the ways of the world and battle then one would think a monk should.
The Emperor - Leonardo Deor Goldwyn VI spent his youth conquering and bringing order to the wild lands of Goiden, he is feared in battle, respected by his enemies and loved by his people. Now past his prime Leo rarely leaves his palace and appears to have trouble with thinking.
The ruler of Stoirmeacha - up to you. ;3
Members of the Iron Curtain - The Iron Curtain is a secret branch of the Stoirmeachan military, they are trained advanced battle techniques, how to resist being controlled by a mind bender and how to find a mind bender from birth. Only a very small circle of trainers, high ranking militants and advisers are aware of their existence. Their job is to seek out and abduct mind benders, with the mind set of a hunter they come and go like shadows.
Leonardo's head adviser - This man lives in the palace and spends his days feeding the emperor false information, his true loyalty lies with Stoirmeacha.

Players ~ (LD)Croaks Name: Spyro A. Ketmin
Age: 30
Gender: Male
Description & attire: Brown eyes, dark brown hair, medium build, 6' 1". Long covering black cloak, White hand woven shirt, regular beige cloth pants, sharkskin belt and heavy leather boots.
Occupation &/or skills: Goiden special forces officer. Almost 100% skilled with melancholy and a rookie to Glee. Meaning he could make someone break down into tears and/or commit suicide. Not so the Iron Curtain. He only has the ability to effect Iron Curtain members to a certain extent. Therefore making them sad and/or depressed, making their combat movements sloppy and untamed.
Strengths & weaknesses: A good equilibrium between agility and strength. He has enough strength to effectively parry sword thrusts and attacks but also has enough agileness to be able to sprint, dodge and weave for an extended amount of time. At sometimes he can bend minds with no meaning to. Eg. He could go into a large room and mistakenly make everyone sad or depressed. Very rarely does this happen with glee.
Mind Bending: Melancholy and Glee
Weaponry: Oaken staff with hidden caps on either end concealing the spear blade on one end and the javelin blade on the other. A beautiful engraved yew longbow, standard issue to honored SF soldiers of the Goiden military. Also a hard deerskin quiver with metal plates on the bottom, obviously, it is filled with arrows of pine with razor sharp 3-edged heads.
Loyalty: Goiden
History: Spyro was raised by his parents in a small village with exceptionally harsh conditions till the age of 18 when he joined the military. He fought in the Zimbato police action at the age of 20, his best friend who was like a brother to him got killed by friendly fire from the Stoirmeacha side. He later requested to be transferred to a SF unit in the colder barren desert regions which was close to the border of Goiden. He prospered there and later got promoted to the rank of first lieutenant and got a transfer to the SF royal guards at the Goiden palace. When he was 25 he was honorably discharged and moved to a town which was right next to a temple where he learned about his ability to bend minds. A kind combat savvy monk named Jake there taught him everything he knows about mind bending.
Other: Has a small Tabby Cat named Lilli that attacks people on command. Usually picking the eyeballs as a target. SykoLogikaL Name: Rashad Ta'Hal

Description & attire: Where's very loose and all black attire. His pants are baggy but stop at his calf being tucked under his black and golden boots. His face and head is covered by black cloth that drapes down to his chest and upper back. He has two swords, one is mounted diagonally on his back and the other is on his hip. His body is mostly covered at all times, but what little can be seen of his face is tan. He is very skinny and his eyes have black bags under them.
Occupation &/or skills: The Iron Curtain -- Specialist in stealth killing, Mind Bending Resistance.
Strengths & weaknesses: Rashad can almost never be heard until it is too late, and when confronted he uses great speed and precision to strike vital points with his swords. He has little strength but great acrobatic ability, sometimes allowing him to run on walls for seconds at a time, and bounce around doing flips and tucks to dodge danger. If stripped of his weapons the smartest thing for him to do is run, because he has no skill in hand to hand combat and he knows it.
Mind Bending: Resistance
Weaponry: two identical short swords
Loyalty: Stoirmeacha
History: Born from a war lord by the name of Sakil Ta'Hal, Rashad represents his fathers legacy and reflects it. His skill in battle is incredible, but completely secret.
