You stand in the center of a dimly lit room, a warm glow coming out of the large stone fireplace dusted with a fair layer of old ashes. The wood floors and light grey walls are all dusty and could use a good scrubbing, as well as the small table near the back of the room covered in random items, bottles, and a few dirty dishes. A rocking chair sits in front of the fireplace, the only other furniture in the room. To the left of the fireplace is a door with a small dial above it with four colors, red, black, green, and yellow, the small arrow resting upon the green quarter. A wide staircase to the far right leads to a brighter source of light as well as the sound of several footsteps pacing about.

Tawny had just started to relax in her meditation, her legs crossed and her hands together in front of her chest as if she were praying. Her chin-length dark brown hair dangled around her face as she hovered upside down above the center of the room. Her piercingly sharp amber eyes were closed against the room around her to help her keep focus. She wore black capri pants and a dark blue tank top tied securely in a knot at her waist to keep it in place.

Even as Kristal approached, Tawny still paid no attention to anything past her closed eyelids. The levitation spell was still being chanted silently on her lips in concentration, leaving her blind to her sister.

Tawny's eyes flew open the second Calcifer spoke. "AHH! Krista--" she began to shout, but as her lips moved her concentration on the spell broke. She let out a grunt as she landed on her back on the floor. Sitting up and rubbing her back, she glared at the girl beside her. "Wasn't Howl supposed to keep you busy for a while?" she questioned.

With one hand still on her back, Tawny growled, "I think I might have a little chat with him later. As for you..." An evil grin played at her lips as she got to her feet. A wide smile broke out on her face as she tackled Kristal to the floor, sitting on her waist so that she couldn't get away.

Tawny giggled and replied, "Of course not, you might finally figure out how to pop it." She held her palms out over her sister's head, and soon the girl's blond locks began to darken to a soft red. The color finally faded to a raven black as Tawny hopped off and dusted her hands. She heard a muffled laugh come from the top of the stairs and knew that they were being watched. "Having fun, Markl?" she called.

Tawny was back on the floor the moment Howl spoke, laughing so hard she nearly cried. Sitting up, she took a breath and wiped her eyes, "Hey, if I can't have peace why should you? It'll wear off in a few days." Looking up at Howl her smile slipped a bit. "And just what have you been doing?" she questioned in an annoyed tone.

Tawny got to her feet and brushed herself off. As she was untying the knot in her shirt she said, "What kind of spell? Hope you're not trying to change your eye color again." She looked at Kristal and tickled under her chin. "And what's wrong with dark hair anyways?" Behind Tawny a pair of hands could be seen reaching for her shoulders. Just before they could touch her she said, "Don't try it Lee."

A man with green eyes and black hair stood beside Tawny and grinned. Other than eye and hair color, he looked just his twin Howl. Lee put his arm around her shoulders and said, "Yes, you definately fit the blond description."
