I had an account awhile back, and then it got cancelled. Now that I want to Start Again, my reg. Codes dont work. Can I get help?

After three months your FFXI character is completely deleted.

If you mean POL account, then I dunno.

yah i know...but how do i get it back working again? Cause once I get to the "Input Registration Code" part, and put it in exactly how it is in the book...It says "Invalid Registration Code"

Make sure you're putting in the correct code. If you are and it still doesn't work, youre out of luck.

(By correct code, I mean the correct type of code.)

You can try talking to an Admin on the customer service area of the website.

i think if you canceled your POL account you are out of luck dude. you would have to buy another game to get another code for another pol account.

your code is invalid because it is still regestered to your pol account your ffxi char got deleted not your pol acc try logging in with it
