You will have to wait to nominate a show when nominations for the month open... one to two weeks before the end of the previous month.

You have to nominate it and it gets support from other memebers, it may make it to the offical theme vote, then the entire guild is able to vote for the theme. Theme with most votes wins.

Be on the look out for the OFFICAL theme rules, they are being worked out right now. But that is still the gist of it.
