Okay... so...
I was eating these Totino's Pizza Rolls, right? And I'm chewing on one of them and then SKRINK! I bite into a big piece of metal and broke one of my molars. Is this something I should be taking legal action over? I need some advice.

sue the company for all their worth...
I'd sue them for the pants on their legs...hell maybe you can even get some skin off their backs too and hang it on your wall as a trophy twisted twisted twisted twisted

Well... I would first tell the manager, and if he gently apologized, leave it as it is.
But any measures you would take should have been already taken. You can't go back to the place and tell them "one day I bit metal in this place!".
You americans must stop sueing everyone.

given that he broke his tooth, he should at the least be able to get it replaced at their cost...and get a free pack of pizza rolls...metal free

Youki broke his molaaarrrrr, it could have been worse... what if he swallowed it and choked, or the piece of metal tore up all inside his mouth? o_ o That's a pretty good reason to take it 2 tha court. Maybe they'll keep a close eye on what goes in their pizza rolls next time...

Write to the company and explain what happened. I'd also include the UPC code and the receipt if you still have them. Or if there happens to be a customer service number on the box, call it and explain the situation.
