She was busy... grazing. Amazingly enough. One could never find Aruna grazing peacefully--ever. Of course, that's only if someone was with her. She was feeling--for the first time--lonely, because she sorely missed Delano. She wanted to find him, and had wandered away from the teepee--again, as always--to look for him, and then had given up. He was a unicorn--if he wanted to be found, she'd have found him already. Anyway, she figured he would find her on his own--he always seemed to know where she was anyway. Her heart was calm now, though it ached to see the red colored unicorn again. Looking up from her grazing, she found her eyes wandering toward the sky. How long had it been since last she met a Wind soquili? Too long. She felt caged, a little. She now loved unicorns as much as the Wind... well, she loved A unicorn, but was obsessed over the Wind types. She hoped she got to meet up with one of her Wind stallion friends or at least her cousin Nora again. She wanted to catch up with them.

She was enjoying life. Up in the wind, caught in the sky, Myoa was free. She flew above tree after tree, rock after rock. She loved the view. She flew past the Wind Soquili Caverns, truthfully afraid of meeting others of her own kind. Myoa longed to meet other Wind Soquili, but she was scared that they wouldn't accept her as one of their own. So she flew on. Myoa decided to stop to graze, she was getting hungry...

The sound of wings made her look automatically upwards in time to catch a sparkling, pretty, green-colored coat Wind Soquili (so many adjectives...) mare land. The grazing area she was in had the sweetest grass in Soquili lands (or at least, in her opinion it was) and she often came here alone to have some, well, alone time and to think about things while she went about grazing and drinking from the clear, softly trickling spring nearby. She moved quietly as she could so that she was hidden from view of the other mare, so that she could silently observe the mare to see if she was hostile or not.

Myoa had seen a beautiful bay mare from above. She noticed her hiding herself.....from her? "Well, I supposed you can't be too careful." she thought. Myoa debated making annoucing she knew where the other mare was, but, being the sensible Soquili that she was, she decided against that. "If I annouce myself, I may scare her. She's obviously hiding for a reason." Myoa concluded, so she settled herself and began grazing.

Seeing that the other mare was grazing, and finally getting the idea into her head that she might have seen her already, Aruna stepped out of hiding, and walked toward the mare. "Greetings," she said quietly. This area made want to whisper almost--it was so serene and beautiful. "What brings a beautiful mare as yourself here?" Aruna figured the mare would have at least one other companion (since in her opinion she'd see Wind mares travel in groups) but this one was by herself. Odd, but then again, she was probably new.

"Greetings, friend." Myoa answered in a whisper. "I am here on a rest from flying, and thank you for the compliment. What brings you here? Wouldn't such a cute Soquili be with her mate?" Myoa had assumed the mare in front of her had a mate, she was quite beautiful and appeared to be quite sweet.

"I see. This place is good to have a rest," Aruna replied softly. However, she stumbled a bit (quite by accident for she was... quite shocked...) when the mare said something about her... and a mate. Oh... my. "Um... um," Aruna said, at a loss for words. "...I'm Aruna," she finally said, changing the subject. "Likewise for the compliment. What shall I call such a pretty mare?" Aruna questioned, hoping the mare wouldn't return to asking such a... shocking... question again. She was having some issues in that department...

Myoa stumbled back, embarressed at her mistake. She mentally slapped herself. I don't have a mate! She doesn't have to have one either! "Pardon me," Myoa finally said. "I'm Myoa, nice to meet you."

"What a nice name," Aruna said, smiling. "It's all right. I'm sure that sooner or later, though, you'll catch yourself quite a nice stallion." She winked, and then settled down a bit. "Pleasure to meet you, Myoa. Are you new to the area? I know several Wind soquili, but I've never heard about you." She always kept herself updated on any rumors or news abound, and the only thing she'd heard about lately were about these brand new Soquili that sparkled like gems in the light.

"I'm sure the same will happen for you." Myoa answered. "Aruna...I like that name." (^.^) "Yes, I"m a new Wind Soquili, and of a new breed too! I'm a birthstone Soquili. We're based off certain vibrant gems." Myoa explained.

"I see," Aruna said, nodding. "That would explain a few things. What birthstone are you? You're a pretty birthstone." Aruna wondered if that meant all the birthstone Soquili had powers the others didn't. "So there must be twelve in all..." Myoa looked like she could be a demi-goddess. But the Horse Mother never said anything about these kind of Soquili... or maybe her human's stories were just human stories. Ah, well.

Myoa smiled proudly. "I'm a Peridot." She paused, thinking for a moment. "I believe there are three birthstone Soquili that haven't found a home yet...." Myoa looked at Aruna. "I can introduce you to another Birthstone Soquili, maybe even a stallion (wink wink) if you want.

"Peridot? How lovely," she said, nodding. A pause, and then, Aruna smirked. "Stallions are fine. I will say, however, that I'm claimed..." She blushed as she said that, and then cleared her throat. "Shall we go to see these other birthstone soquili?"

((Do you wanna ask Shetan to pull in Arro?))
Aruna blinked at Myoa. She wasn't one to stress long speeches...
