In celtic mythology three was a sacred number representing the earth the sky and the sea all believed to be in a blessed union. Now in more modern day times you have the father the son and the holy ghost, or as I think of the ghost, the holy mother. Noone has yet to prove me wrong on that one.

With the norse Gods Tyr scarifices his head so that the wolf Fenrir may be bound. Modern day, Christ died on the cross. The sacrifice of one for others is clearly apparent there and is repeated in Celticism and the bible.

Now, think about this, In the book of Abraham in the pearl of great price, which is LDS religious text it very clearly gives the story of genesis from a different point of view although it clearly says GODS about every verse.

Even in the bible it says LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR OWN IMAGE, indicating plural entities.

Now, what do you all think about that?

In addition, let's take Hercules for example. Born of the Gods but half mortal half God. Jesus was half spirit half man. Things do get blown out of proportion over time. The aquarian gospel from the akashic records talks about Jesus searching for those that know of the Triune God. The God that is in everything and is the God of love. Jesus also talks with some Buddhists in there as well.

Now, studying other religions, and other belief systems I have come to terms with something. And I know a lot of you guys are going to get defensive and not like what I have to say. But I cannot see how the bible can be the only truthful book of scriptures out there. Especially since the Q'uran lines up wth the old testament. If you are familiar with Genesis and somewhat with the story of the Q'uran then you would see that.

The Aquarian Gospel covers the missing 18 years of Jesus's life in the old testament.

The apocryphal text is worth reading but you should only do so if you are enlightened by the spirit, it says that in the D and C section either 81 or 91, i'm pretty sure 81.

The book of mormon talks about what Jesus did after he was ressurrected and briefly came down to earth after the three days he was dead. Second coming is still yet to come though. I mean, the guy does have a lot of worlds to visit.

The pearl of great price teaches us that there are several Gods. But since I know some of you folk will get a bit too defensive about that, I also know a reference for that in the bible.

1rst Corinthians, chapter 8, verses 4-6.

And one more thing. If practicing magick and being bi-sexual is against God's plan, then explain this. Being honest with myself about my sexuality has brought me closer to the holy breath otherwise reffered to as the holy spirit. Magick can be used for either ood or evil and you do not have to worship other Gods to practice it. Other deities exist yes. But those deities are not for us to worship, you can work with them as you can with ANY spirit, but they are not for worship. There a few however that you should never trust.. Lilith being one of them. Yes, Lilith is mentioned in the bible, Isaiah 34:14. It doesn't say Lilith in all versions though, therefore proving that bible has indeed been edited.

All this spiritual searching has led me to accept so much more than waht I though I would have, which is a good thing since I used to be bit too zealous over my beliefs.

As for past lives, some people do not believe in them, but you cannot call yourself a follower of God and not believe in past lives to some degree. Think about it, a past life is one that you do not remember or you remember small bits and fragments. What do you think the pre-existence was?

It's not even about religion or fiding God for me anymore and even denominations are completely pointless to me now. I already found God. I already know how to spot truth. So it is now something much more glorious for me. I have my eyes opened and shall soon be in much greater contact with the spirit world.

Say that's evil if you want but try to define evil. Evil is like roack and roll music. There are so many different definitions and styles that everyone has their own definition which is their own and is no more or less important than another persons taste.

Which is why as soon Cradoc gets back I shall be leaving this guild. After all this growth a guild full of folk yet to experience this marvelous eye opener for themselves would be most likely to not understand my beliefs and then attack them through ignorance.

John 1:1-3:
1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2He was with God in the beginning.

3Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.

John 1:14
14The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.

Yeah, God was totally talking to Jesus, who was the Word, who was with God in the beginning, and through whom all things were made.

Yeah, of course the Q'uran lines up with the old testament. Muslims share Abraham as a common ancestor with the Jews. But then after Ishmael was sent away into the desert because he was the son of Abraham's slave, and Isaac had just been weaned, I'm guessing things would start to look different between the Old Testament and the Q'uran.

Yeah, I can agree that there are many "spirits" as I choose to call them. But these are only demons.

1 Corinthians 10:20
No, but the sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God, and I do not want you to be participants with demons.

Here Paul states that the "gods" and "lords" of the pagans are demons, and we are to not interact with them.

Yeah, I agree that there are spirits and such. But they are demons, and we are to not be participants with demons. Whether you do "good" or "evil" with the powers they grant you is up to you. And yeah, there are different translations of the Bible. If you want the perfect one, learn Greek, Hebrew, and Septugaint. (sp?) 3nodding

Pre-existence? I've never really heard of it. Where is it mentioned in the Bible? neutral

You have some interesting experiences. I can tell you that I have run into things like that. I stumbled upon a website talking about meditating and seeing Jesus, and talking with Him in you inner mind or something. I honestly couldn't find anything wrong with it, and scripture was everywhere. It was certainly attractive, and it tickled my ears and my imagination. But let me tell you...it messed me up pretty bad. When I started to try to meditate for an hour every night, I could slowly feel myself falling away from God. For the next couple weeks, I felt the worst. I couldn't feel God's prescence, and it was the worst thing in the world to experience. I felt dead inside. And so after a couple weeks, I came to my senses and came back to God. What I had run into was the teaching of a "false prophet". It said what I wanted to hear, and it did a good job at decieving me. But it was no more real than a dream.

I personally think you've run into a few false teachings that were created by false prophets. I can't really argue with the extra biblical texts you found, cause I don't know all that much about their credibility. But even some of those really didn't say much from what you said. I do know that in the Torah, God states that He is one. And in the Old Testament He says that He is the one and only God. So to go off believing otherwise would be denying these texts, and really, denying God's Word, which is basically denying God.

But, that's all just what I think, along with probably many other people. And you saw it coming. sweatdrop But yeah. (And I didn't comment on the things that I really didn't have anything to say about. Sorry if that upsets you. sweatdrop )

So yeah. biggrin
