Pichu is actually pretty good if you get used to him.

It's especially funny when you play people that think Pichu sucks, and whip their butts with it. xp

Yes Pichu is the worst character in the game but he was supposed to be made like that. Haven't you read his Trophy? "Hurts himself, weak and should be played in handicaped matches" or something like that.
Why do you even bother? xd

The only thing I can think hes fun for is getting really high on health then over specail chargin two at each other

I don't think Pichu is crappy, I like using Pichu, though I use Pikachu more. I know, it hurts itself, but not with all attacks. And it's preety fast, that's what I like about it.

Pichu is good but agrivating.

another freind says if he had a lvl he would be lvl 20 xp

no offense, but no matter how good you are with pichu, he really just plain sucks. the most underpowered character in the game, creators admit. His light wait + him hurting hiself with almost every attack makes him really bad. Any moderately good player should be able to beat a pichu user just because of that.

Picachu is much better, I suggest if you use pichu to make the switch. L canceling is horrible with pichu because every time you do an attack really fast, then cancel, you still take the same amount of damage, therefore making pichu horrible.
