Well for those of you who talk to me outside the guild you al know that I got a job at a convinience store (7-11) which is open 24-7


Anyhow today I found out that one of the girls that works with me had complained enough that she got the manager to change her schedule....

Mind you she is a part timer and I am a full timer... She was complaining that she had to work weekends and that she would never get to see her two little girls.... BTW... Not three days ago she was bragging about how her "guy" takes care of all the bills and he doesn't even know how much she gets each paycheck... that all she needs her paycheck for is fun.... So what I asked my boss to figure out was if she has 4 days off what is she doing with her kids... Her "guy" takes care of everything else so what is she doing during the week...

Anyhow her asking for weekends really didn't bother me that much just that the manager made it so that I have to work 8 days straight through the weekends and then I get 4 days off... And I start school again this next month...... School is from 9AM-3PM work is from 3PM-11PM.... I will see my son about 15-20 minutes a day....And have no time to study...

So I have three choices

my job
my school
my son

what do you think I am going to give up not the later two that is for f****** sure.... My boss will just have to kiss my a**... She how joy likes working 7 days a week cause gil won't do it for her!!!

that sucks, that girl is selfish!
i'd quietly insist that they alter your hours to help you out seeing as they've changed hers and totally messed you around. ESPECIALLY as you're full time and she isn't.

unfortunately my dear rue...people are quite rude, selfish, and greedy....you dont find many who puts themself last just to help out another...this is for everywhere...from offline to on...its sad too...and if you are one of those that are willing to do it...the greedy tend to take advantage of it...

thganks so much guys!!! My boss said he was I did talk to my boss and he said that he will do his best to work around my schedule and though I will still have to work some weekends he will be sure to keep it in mind that I am working raising a baby and going to school and doing it all on my own!!!

*huggles* jzz, you certainly do deserve to spend time with your son AND to study, I'm happy to hear that you are trying to work wiht your manager to get your schedule well-balanced, and I wish you all the luck in getting that done. You and they will all get what they deserve!
