Yes, we all have them! Those favorite quotes from POTC!!
Here's a few of mine:
Jack Sparrow: How did you get here?
Will Turner: Sea turtles, mate. A pair of them strapped to my feet.
Jack Sparrow: Not so easy is it?
Tia Dalma: You have a touch of destiny about you, William Turner.
Will Turner: Do you know me?
Tia Dalma: You want to know me.
Jack Sparrow: There will be no knowing here! [Turns to Tia Dalma] I thought I knew you?
Pintel: You don't even know how to read!
Ragetti: It's The Bible, You get credit for trying!
Mr. Gibbs: Then, on the fourth day, he roped himself a couple of sea turtles, lashed 'em together and made a raft.
Will Turner: He roped a couple of sea turtles.
Mr. Gibbs: Aye. Sea turtles.
Will Turner: What did he use for rope?
Jack Sparrow: [from beside them] Human hair.
[pause]
Jack Sparrow: From my back.
Jack Sparrow: You seem somewhat familiar. Have I threatened you before?

I also love that one part in the first one where the monkey gives the gold back to Barbossa from the Dauntless, and he's like "The Medallion is ours once more!" and the crew cheers...And Jack just sits there looking around and smiling. XD

Gotta love number 1 and 3. But i like this one. It may not be mine but I like it sad I'm gonna go guard one and guard 2 since i don't there names)
Guard 1: There's no real ship as can match the Interceptor.
Guard 2: Black Pearl is a real ship!
Guard 1: No its not.
Guard 2: Yes it is, I've seen it.
Guard 1: You've seen it?
Guard 2: Yes.
Guard 1: You haven't seen it!
Guard 2: Yes I have!
Guard 1: You've seen a ship, with black sail, thats crewed by the damned and captained by a man so evil. That Hell itself spat him back out?
Guard 2: No

Guard 2: But I have a seen a ship with black sails.
Guard 1: Ohhhhh and no ship thats not crewed by the damned, and captained by a man so evil that Hell itself spat him back out could possibly have black sails therefore couldn't be any other ship then the Black Pearl. Is that what you're saying?

Well, in terms of meaningful quotes, this is one of my favorites... Quote: Elizabeth: And you'll be positively the most fearsome pirates in the Spanish Main. Don't know if this one was already said buuut...

Gibbs: The sea!

Ragetti: The dichotomy of good and evil.
Captain Jack Sparrow: -rolls eyes- A woman.
Marty: Is'a a key.
Captain Jack Sparrow: No. Even more better. It is a drawring of a key.
Jack Sparrow: Dirt... this is a jar of dirt...
Tia Dalma: Yes...
Jack Sparrow: ...Is the jar of dirt going to help?
Tia Dalma: If you don't want it, give it back.
Jack Sparrow: [pulling it closer] No.
Tia Dalma: Then, it helps.
Those are just a few. I will admit I enjoyed the second one more for the humour. First for the plot line. It was definitely worth being the first one in line for two hours to see the first showing at 12:01 AM with me as the first one in the theater. Good Stuff.

That has to be one of the most funniest parts in POTC DMC. "Look an undead monkey" brings out gun and shoots it.
