~Miseria Cantare by AFI plays over the PA as the lights go down very dark. C.M. Punk stands behind the curtain as his music plays for a moment. He then walks out with his arms crossed over his chest as a spotlight follows him. He is wearing C.M. Punk~Announcer: Making his way to the ring from Chicago Illinois, C.M. Punk! ~He stops on the ramp and looks around then continues, arms still crossed. He walks up the stairs and into the ring. He takes off his jacket and throws it outside the ring. he then backs into a corner and looks up the ramp waiting for the champion~

-"The Kings" hit the speakers as Nate Daniels walked out from behind the curtain he had his DX shirt around his waist and his dog tags around his neck as usual he looked down into the ring at CM and smirked as he walked down the ramp he did a crotch chop to CM and yelled "Suck It!" he then climbed into the ring and grabed a mic from one of the people at ringside.- "Well Punk i hope you are ready to once again face defeat in this ring when Matt pins you so you better be ready!....Ladies and Gentleman, boys and girls, children of all ages, D-Generation X proudly brings to you, it's WWF Intercontental champion...The Bad a**, Matt Stone!"

"The Kings" started up again as Matt came out with his head band and title. He did crotch chops as he walked down, smirking at the crowd. He slid in the ring and took the mic from Nate. "And if your not down with that, we got two words for ya!" Matt held up the mic as the crowd shouted 'suck it!"

Matt, i hope you've enjoyed being the IC champ because in a couple minutes it will be mine. And if you're not down with that i got just two words for ya...f*ck you!
