[I'll be writing this as if my character, Scarlet, herself, was writing in a diary about her town. Like AC:WW fan fiction! LAWL! I'll only embellish a little. And by that, I mean I'm only going to tell the truth a little. xD]
Dear Cabana Diary,
Hah! I wish you were Cabana! heart I love Cabana furniture. I don't know what I'd do if I hadn't scrounged up the bells to get all this fancy furniture!
I came to Kalm with almost nothing.. and found almost nothing.
Nothing but WEEDS.
It's horrible, not-Cabana-diary! I hate it! It's COVERED in weeds! I can't stand the sight! I've been entrusted with this town by my great aunt, because she was dying and couldn't watch after it anymore. She's always sort of watched it from the background, without anyone realizing it was HER bells funding the building of everything...But just recently, I'm so sorry to say, she died!
And she willed me a million bells! Thanks, Gammy!
I wish I could run off and spend it all somewhere else, but if the lawyers get even the faintest wiff that I've left Kalm on its own, with all these WEEDS, they'll kill me and will the money to another second cousin of mine, or something!
Nook's just finished building our second floor, and everything's such a cluttered mess! I don't know what to do with it all! Nook convinced me to join the HRA, and I've got a few thousand points, but I don't know what that all means! They keep saying I must want to live in a closet or something, because of all the Junk lying about, but I don't have unlimited room, unfortunately.

Dear Modern Diary,
Hah! I wish you were Modern! heart Reen helped me set up all the modern furniture we ordered on our new second floor! It was all so expensive.. and I didn't even get to finish ordering! Stupid Nook decided that 10 was enough at a time. Well, doesn't he WANT to make money? I'll have to go back today and order a few more things. Reen told me his mailbox is so full of junk, that he can't carry it all. He usually tosses it out, because it's all the same crap, and it doesn't even come with presents! Lame!
I've been going through this green writing phase because I'm green! Hehe! When I visited a friend of mine, I got a haircut and coloring from Harriet! She did my hair up in this sleek little bun, and it's a wonderful mint green color. I bought a green umbrella and pulled out the shirt that -grumble- Gracie gave me, the grass shirt, and stopped by Able's to get a new pair of glasses, and these are red, so people don't forget who I am! Always have to have a touch of Scarlet, you know?
I planted a little orchard and some flowers in the general area of Rod and Jay's house. I hope Rod doesn't mind his house being surrounded by flowers, because if he ruins them, I'll tear his little mouse ears off. Jay will be getting some, soon, too. The town is still in shambles, but the right side of town, before you cross the bridge to go to the museum and the shops, is looking better and better.
The shops, though, the right side, looks TERRIBLE. I know that Benedict isn't happy about it. He's been here the longest. I talked to Nibbles today, and she keeps going on about catching a horse mackeral, but she doesn't even know wha they look like. xp She's a sweet little squirrel, though.
It was hilarious! Reen was walking by Nibbles and Rod talking, and Rod was going on about "I DREAM OF OUR ULTIMATE BATTLE!" and Nibbles was like 'I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT gonk " and Rod continued to say, "And every time I dream about it, YOU WIN! Have I not been training enough?" And he walked away all sad.
These people are crazy.

[The new town flag is a really great depiction of Mario and Yoshi I got off a pattern website. I'm currently working on a very detailed one of Cloud from KH, and it's taking a long time because of all the friggin' colors.]
Dear Ranch Diary,
My friend and I have agreed that I'll buy blue and ranch furniture if he'll buy modern and cabana when they show up in our respective towns. Hehe!
There was the bug contest, and I won with a 99 mm walkingstick. TAKE THAT, SALLY. blaugh Reen's being doing a bit more work today. He changed our town flag, and I really like it, and he's been clearing out acres worth of fruit, and moving them all into one area, so we can start planting in other areas. My newly planted peach trees aren't producing yet, but they're getting close faster than expected! I only have about ten, the acre above the house my acre is in.
We finally got all the trees and tree stumps completely gone! (Except my specially planted peach trees, of course.) There are SO many oranges here, but oranges don't sell like peaches. I won't miss them. Sure, they'll have their own acre, but no where near me! Hehe. I'll have apples in my acre, peaches below that, cherries below that, and coconuts, maybe, if I ever get any, along the beach. Otherwise, those will be flower-only acres. Meadows, I guess you could call them. I have it all planned out.
Now we just need to pave the roads, which Reen is working on, too, and then plant the trees, all starting with clearing out the space~! I've been sleepy today, so Reen's been way more active. I didn't realize he hadn't met Lobo yet! I convinced Lobo not to move, but I hope he stops being such a jerk!
Oh well. I thought it was Jay's birthday, but I guess I was wrong..
