The Setting The park is a wide open area that not only holds many swing-sets, basketball courts, sandboxes, and other things to entertain children with, it also contains many gardens in which young couples may walk through and under, and picnic areas for families to cook and dine at. There is a large fountain near the middle, in which the water falls into a nearby swimming pool. A kiddie pool sits near the larger pool, and a low fence encircles both bodies of water, keeping young toddlers out. There are also secluded areas, roofed areas, large areas, small areas. Different types of pathways stretch across the park, leading to nearly anyplace anyone wishes to go.

"Papina! Slow down!" cried a young woman, trying to keep up with a rambunctious green-haired child, who was dashing pelt-melt through the park, making a beeline for the nearest garden. She groaned, and plopped onto a nearby bench, dropping her purchases next to her as she watched the child run under a vine-covered archway and disappear from sight. "Well..." she murmured to herself, "... at least I know now for sure she likes plants..." A few moments later, the child came bolting out and raced up a nearby tree. The woman closed her eyes briefly in dismay. She was not going up the tree after her. No way. She was staying on the ground, thank you very much. She'd just have to call someone if that child didn't come down when it was time to go home. She leaned her head back, placed an arm over her purse and purchases, and closed her eyes. If she had known children would be this active, she might have reconsidered keeping the child. Ah well, too late now. They had already gone to several stores, bought some new clothes, a bed (that was sent directly home and should arrive in a few hours), and some toys. Might as well keep the kid and hope they grow out of this phase... She opened one eye in dismay and sat upright as she thought about that. This was just a phase, right? She groaned again, thunked the back of her head against the backboard as she leaned back again, and closed her eyes once more, drowsing in the light of the sun.

The tree that Papina had scampered up happened to already have an occupant. Reign blinked as a green haired girl made her way up the tree. The marmoset child was having a small tea party with her stuffed pink rabbit toy on one of the branches. A small pink and white backpack was held by her tail, which hung down from the branch.
The furry tail lifted the bag as the other child grew closer and Reign took out another plastic cup (pink, of course). "Tea?" She asked, offering the cup to Papina while returning her bag to her tail and back down out of the way.

Papina blinked before she swung herself up to straddle a branch near Reign, avoiding the rabbit's spot as she did. "Yes please," was the automatic reply. She'd heard it enough times already, she should know how to say it. She held her hands out for the cup, trying not to notice that it was pink. She looked in the cup, hoping there was something to drink inside.

Reign grinned, taking up her own cup again and pretending to drink from the empty cup. She set it down to pour more tea for herself and her bunny. "Reign." She stated, pointing to herself. "Bun." Now she pointed at the rabbit.

"Papina." She pointed to herself as she said that. She looked a bit disappointed that there was nothing in the cup, but she was polite about it and pretended to drink from it anyways. You should try to be nice when you're trying to make friends. She held her cup out and asked, "More?" There was always the chance that there was actually something to drink around here. She glanced around her surroundings as she waited. So much plant life! Squee! She caught sight of Reign's tail while she was looking around and pointed at it, tilting her head to ask, "What that?" She twisted around to see if she had a tail too but couldn't find one. She pouted for a moment before turning back around and looking at Reign expectantly.

Reign grinned as Papina introduced herself and poured the girl more 'tea'. The marmoset girl had just taken another 'drink' when Papina asked a question, pointing to something. Reign peered about before realizing that the ivy girl was pointing to her tail.
"My tail." She moved it about. "You not have tail?" The girl asked, glancing as if to see if Papina had one.

"Dunno. Don't think so..." Papina twisted once more, attempting to see if she had a tail. "Do I?" She tried to wiggle her tail, but the only thing that moved was her rump. She turned her head to look at Reign. "All tails look like yours?" What if she had a tail and just didn't know it? Would her tail be furry like Reign's?

Reign blinked. "I don't see tail..." She frowned for a moment, thinking. "Bun have different tail." She stated, pointing to the stuffed animal. "So not all tails same."

"Trruuueeee..." Papina drew the word out, turning briefly to eye the bunny's tail. Would her tail look like that? "What's my tail like? Me no see it." She twisted in hopes that Reign cound get a better look. Maybe it would look like a twig... The thought made her giggle to herself. Silly. No one had twigs for tails!

Reign frowned at the girl's rump in confusion. There was no tail there. "Maybe... not all have tails? Momma and Ala no have tail. I don't see tail on you, either." Sure, she had a tail, but there were lots of people who didn't have a tail. "Or maybe you just not have it yet?"

Papina looked thoughtful at that last part. "Maybe..." Oooo... she hoped she did! Think of what all she could do with a tail! She looked in her cup again, wondering what it would take to get something real to drink. She was getting thirsty. She raised it to her face and sniffed it while pretending to take a sip. What an odd smell... It kinda smelled like one of those odd-feeling containers she saw in one of the stores she and her mommy went to today. Speaking of which... "Where's you mommy?" She attempted to peer down through the leaves to find her mommy, but all she could see was leaves. She didn't think this would count as "staying in Mommy's sight" like Mommy said to. "Uh oh... Where's my mommy?"

Reign glanced down as Papina asked where her mother was, but she couldn't spot the woman due to the branches and leaves. "Uh.... somewheres down there?" The girl gestured with her hand to pratically the entire park.

Papina tried to peer past all the leaves and branches, but all she could make out were even more leaves and branches. "Perhaps our mommies are together down there somewhere?" Her voice was tinged with hope. Perhaps Reign's mommy could distract her mommy long enough for Papina to get back in sight range... She slithered down a branch or two, hoping that would help her spot her mommy better.

The chimp girl shrugged. "Maybes..." As Papina started to move back down the tree a bit, Reign gathered her tea set together and shoved it all into her bag. She pulled the bag onto her shoulders and, grabbing Bun with her tail, started down after the green-haired girl.
