Athrun's large swan-like wings beat at the clouds, swirling them around to make new designs from them. He didn't do it that often, but occasionally the lonely god felt like making others smile by changing the clouds. Today he felt the need to make a ship from the clouds. Now, wether something down there would see it and call it a ship or wether they'd see something else was up to their perception, but the god was making a ship.
As he added the mast last Athrun swung down and flapped his wings to get out of the clouds and land on the savannah below. His feet turned slightly brown as he landed, looking to the sky to admire his own work. He didn't notice that he was standing just outside of a swamp until his swishing tail flicked swampwater against his shoulders and he frowned.
Glaring down at his shoulder, Athrun activated the Eye on his blindfold and frowned even deeper at the mud all around him.
"Damnit." he snarled angrily.RP made on msn

Nawari was sneaking trough some bushes with her cat-like yellow body. The bushes coverd her fur really well, she was trying to sneak down near a big waterhole without being seen by some lions that was sleeping nearby. Sure she was just a snack to them but she would probably be enough food for one little cub..
She had felt so thirsty these days she didn't know why...the sun glow high up in the sky so it was surely one off the hottest hours off the day but she was never as hot as this.
The little genet female succeeded to sneak down to the water and take a few zips, she couldn't watch the lions while she drank so she hoped they wouldn't notice her..

Athrun flicked the swamp water and muck from his wings and tail angrily and turned to walk over towards the water in the hopes of taking a slight bath. He didn't think it would get him too clean but then it didn't matter all that much.
A huff blew from his muzzle and the god flopped into the water, using his abnormally large wings to beat the water and mud from his pure white fur. As it was he was making quite the mess all around himself, flicking water here and there and forcing water up over the edge of the clearing.
A yawn worked its way from his muzzle and finally he stopped, letting his wings lay atop the water lazily as he relaxed. From the corner of his veiled eye the god caught sight of a yellow blur and he turned to face it.
"What's this now. What's your name little one?"

Nawari got a hudge shock! she was only concentrating for drinking for a few seconds and suddently someone was talking to her? she tried to swallow but the water only came out again. Maybe it wasn't a nice expression to spit..
She turned her head around and saw something big..Oh my god! was that a lion? she took a step back and looked at the strange god with her purple eyes...this was probably one off the famous gods her eyes couldn't be wrong..
" Umm Nawari is my name " she said with a soft and gentle voice..

A chuckle worked it's way from Athrun's muzzle as he stood and walked a little bit across the bottom of the pool and gazed down at the shivering genet in a fatherly way. She seemed a little scared of him and that made him sad, well, more sad than he was currently.
His frown lifted a little and he flicked his wings about tiredly as he looked upon her.
"Nawari the genet then? I didn't disturb your home did I?" Athrun asked her seriously, sometimes he didn't notice what he was doing. Part of it was because he sometimes just didn't feel like using his energy to activate the Eye, the other part of it was that he could be lazy at times. If he didn't have to do something he wouldn't.

Nawari was a little suspisious but maybe gods didn't even eat normally they where inmortal after all. The female took a deap breath and looked at the strange god..they looked very magnificant..
" Yes that is what my mother named me " she smiled and licked herself around her lips so there wouldn't be an drops dripping down from her face.
Nawari looked back her home? this swamp? " Hm no this isn't my home at all i was just passing trough " she smiled he seemed nice after all
Then she looked more closley at the god what was he wearing a blindfold? but how could he see her if he was blind?

The god watched the little genet clean her whiskers for a moment before he let a laugh work it's way from his white muzzle and he sat down in the much to gaze at the little yellow creature. She seemed so meek but so curious at the same time. Like every other creature he'd met she stared at his blindfold in question. It amuzed him sometimes and he just let them guess, others he would explain it to. He was still making his mind up for her.
"Your mother gives her young good names then." Athrun told her with a smile. "If you're going to pass through a swamp you should stay to the trees though little one. The lions in this swamp aren't as understanding of life as I."

Nawari sighed she was only walking on the ground because off she needed a drink she liked trees and bushes much better but if you needed water you would do anything to reach it..she stopped starring at his blindfold because she guessed that he could see because he looked straight at her.
" Yes i like my name my mother said i act just like light " she turned her head to the sleeping lions she felt a little safer when the god was here oh she hadn't asked his name..
" What is your name dear? and i promise i watch my steps "

Athrun gazed down at her for a second and smiled at her.
"The lighter you sleep the better off you are little one. Fo rit could save you when you need it." Athrun explained to her. His head nodded slowly. "You can call me Athrun as long as youwatch your steps. Otherwise you won't be around to call me that much longer."

She smiled back he was surely wise but she was starting to get wiser for each day too she had learned a lot since she left her mother and siblings. There was so much in the world that you could learn..
" Yes that is true dear i promise i be careful " she nodded she was surley right she would definetly be safer after she met Genzi that poor male would really miss her if she died or something..

He almost smirked at her when she said that. You could promise to be careful but you couldn't promise to be safe. That just wasn't something that you could ever promise someone.
Even a god had troubles keeping himself safe, look at Athrun. He'd had his share of bad experiences that he couldn't exactly call "safe" experiences. Though how he'd gotten his heiroglyphics and ankh was a hidden secret that he never told any being beside one, Athrun knew that he'd been careful enough to not be completely killed like some gods seemed to think he'd been. It was strange, the god that had tried to kill him was still gone.
"Well, just make sure that you be that way. In the end those you love will be happier for it." Athrun told Nawari suddenly coming out of his memories.

She tilted her head to the side and looked at Athrun's smirk he was a odd creature but cute for being a lion he had a nice personality too but he didn't talk that much he seemed to be the silent type.
That just started to remind her off Genzi he was kind off the shy and silent type that was just so cute she didn't know she liked men in that way until she met that green genet. Then she shoke her head and tried concentrate in Athrun..
" I will try...i am sure atleast one would miss me if something happend to me " she smiled again it was nice knowing that..but Athrun seemed to be suffering from bad memories and experience?

"Oh I'm sure. No matter what you do in your life it effects others and often those that it effects come to care about you. It's like the stones falling down a hill, one hits the other and that one starts to roll with the first. Everything you do will make enough of a difference." The god knew that didn't make the most incredible of sense, but he could sense that was what she needed to hear.
His bushy tail flicked for a moment and he frowned. Were there actually those that cared that he'd survived though? The remains of his pride had been shattered and scattered, but they were only the ones that had survived the massarcre. The others were gone. A sigh floated from him sadly. Maybe there were none that cared about him.
Realizing that he was looking sad again the god smiled down at Nawari.

She listend to Athrun but she wasn't really sure what he ment she think she knew but she wasn't sure...she still felt a little weird she still didn't know why but decided to take another zip off water...so she bent her head down and drank some more...that felt so nice
She looked at Athrun's smile after she had her second drink off water but his eyes seemed so sad? what had he been going trough probably something really bad for making a face like that.
She purrred a little just like a cat and stroke her little body against closest leg he seemed to need some love.

Memories of being shoved to the ground and having his curse written over his back and sides and legs flashed behind his eyes. It shimmered there for a long time before he felt something rub against his front left leg.
Activating his Eye he glanced down at Nawari and laughed suddenly. She was treating him like a mother would treat their cub.
Smiling he leaned his head down and ran his tongue over her back softly, making her fur wet with his textured tongue.
"Thank you little one." Athrun told her softly.
