Strength: Pooties Strength is hard to tell as he never does any heavy lifting but he is fully capable of casually knocking an average sized man to the ground with a simple b***h slap. Pootie can also take the kick from bullets being shot at him with his waist and not being knocked down or even pushed back. People also seem to fall back some even flipping in the air after he hits them with his belt. So i'd give Pootie 2-3 hmmm maybe 3-4 strength.
Speed: Pootie is capable of movieing with lightning fast speeds. He is able to unstrap his belt and pull it from the laces in his pants in less than half a second. When Pootie swings his belt it cannot even be seen most of the time. He has even hit as mann as three people without the movements of his belt being seen. Pootie Tang is capable of casually dodgeing bullets usually not takeing the fact that hes being shot at seriously often makeing commical gestures and expressions. With his pony tail Pootie has blocked and even deflected bullets , Again not takeing the matter too seriously.Pootie has also blocked bullets and carefully deflected them from innocent bystanders with the buckle of his belt.
Durability/Endurance: Pootie has above average endurance and ability to take pain as shown when he was slapped around by Inrene something that brought regular men to their knees crying on the ground like little girls. The transaction did not make Pootie even utter a noise.
Intellect: Pootie is no genius but he is far from an idiot aswell, Being able to predict the movements of the city's drug dealers and even figuring out the moves and transactions of Buisnissman d**k Lecter.
Fighting Skill:Pootie is by no meens slouch in this department being able to deal with armed gunmen and as many as 20 men without the need for deadly force. Pootie can deal with twenty men with effort though not very much of it is needed. Most are just overwhelmed at his movements. Pootie is an excellent fighter hand to hand without any weapon but with his belt he is pwnage incarnate.
Techniques/Powers: Pootie has the abilitie to seduce ANY woman just by looking at them or haveing them look at him.The slightest eye contact will have a much stronger effect even casuing some women to oragsm and throw their braws,paintiesect all over the place. Even the most stuck up b***h would fall to Pooties charm and most likely have sex with him afterwards. Pooties tenuique is to overwhelm his opponents no matter how many of them their may be with his sheer speed and skill. Often most don't even realize they've been hit until the pain sensors react and by then he has moved on to as many as two to three more people. When people are hit with Pooties belt the pain seems to be unabare able as people aren't even able to speak after words some only able to cry out a " DAM!"
Gear:The belt that Pooties father handed down to him is his weapon of choice and he needs nothing else. The leather and buckle seem to be highly durable seeing how as he can violently strike a person with it without so much as a crease being in the belt. Also the belt can be wrapped around Pooties hand with the buckly resting on his knuckles creating a brass knuckles effect on whom ever he hits. The buckle on the belt seems to be highly durable as well seeing how as Pootie can deflect Bullets off of it without there being so much as a dent or scratch.
Notes: The only thing said to not be hurt by Pooties belt is ,as they say in the movie a ho ( a.k.a Whore , slut ,b***h,tramp skeezer, bopper ect..)) The reason for this is as stated by Trucky is. " You cant hit a ho wit a belt, They like that s**t!" The belt seems to have a mind of it's own or some sort of enchantment on it as it WILL NOT WORK in the hands of anyone else but Pootie as shown when Dirty D attempted to use it.
For a while it was thought by even Pootie himself that he would be powerless without his belt. This was until the Ghost of Pooties father came to him in a dream in the form of a stalk of corn and told him that the power was inside of him the entire time. That was all Pootie needed to overcome that limitation.
History:Pootie Tang grew up in the Ghetto with his mother and father who had their occasional arguments over no good reason. His father would constantly discipline him makeing sure he was a gentlemen and minded his manners and always did the right thing. When Pootie would try to do something wrong he would get hit with a belt seemingly out of nowhere and it is welll know that his father was the one doing it. Pooties Mother died of a heart attack when he was very young and his father raised him from then on. When he grew alittle older, His father was attacked by a gorrilla at the factory he was working in beating him within an inch of his life. On his death bed Pooties father gave him the belt telling him to use it for good but was unable to say one last thing before he died. The thing Pooties father wanted to tell him later on was revealed to be a Ho's immunity to his belt.
