I'm getting close to the end of FFIX, and I want to switch gears from the FF series. Which means I'm not going to go back to KH, but start a different game, at least for a while.
So I'm torn between these two.
Comments on either, or both?
If I go with SO: TtEoT, should I pick up Albel?

The story was utter crap, and really rather boring. The characters got on my every last nerve. The battle system for parties with more than one person(which is every single one) is horrid, as the allies you're not playing as at the moment don't block, they rarely attack the main enemy, and they tend to die rather easily. Yes, you could spend hours grinding just to level up to fight ONE mob, but that just isn't fun. I like my games to have a natural progression, where before I move to the next bit, I don't have to worry about getting my a** raped by a sudden uberpowerful mob.
Personally, I would rather eat cactii needles than play that game again.
