Okay folks, it's that time of the month where my pockets are once again replenished with money *cheers* Woot ^_^. Sooooo I was thinking of buying Drakengard 1 and 2. Or I might buy the first one and depending on what I think about it i'll buy 2.
What do you guys think about Drakengard??

I have them both, and I'd say buy the 1st one 1st. However, the hack and slash gameplay can get really repetitive, but the story's good. However, the story is as dark as it is unique. In 2, the combat is alot better, but they've toned down on the story element, which I think is more enjoyable if you've played the 1st one. I think you should rent them both first, actually because they seem to be a love it or hate it sort of game.

If you get them, get them both. I think they are some of the best games I've ever played. It would be money well spent.

I'd suggest trying them out first, but in my humble opinion, they're the greatest games ever (except DMC and FF).
