By far has become one of my favourite and if possible my favourite author. She has written two books to her name to date that I know of.
A Great and Terrible Beauty and Rebel Angels.

I enjoyed both of her books very much. Do any of you know if she's writing any other books and, if yes, when they'll be released?
I really like historical fiction in general, and I thought she did a good job of blending it with fantasy.

try www.libbabray.com. I do believe however that those two books are part of a trilogy.

I absolutely loved both of her books, they were such a nice change from crappy teen books about angst, sex, drugs, and more sex.
I can't wait until she comes out with another book...I'm sure it'll be amazing as well.

I LOVE that series! I can't wait until the third one comes out...Gemma and Kartik must be together!
I liked a Great and Terrible Beauty better though, more mysterious. And I love the name Gemma.

I say either they get together or something extravagant happens! That is the only reason I will allow them not to be together! xd

I'm almost done with Rebel Angels and I love it. It's just as good as the first. I've figured out who Circe is, and that is a little disturbing. I really think Kartik and Gemma should be together, except it would never be accepted in their society. Simon would be a better husband, dispite what he may have tried to do at the Worthington's Christmas ball.
And do they take their bodies with them to the realms or not? In the first book they had to take Pippa's body back to Sence even though they left her in the realms. Yet in the second after leaving Ms. Moore behind they all come back to the Doyle house even though Gemma's body would be at Ms. Moore's appartment.

I've wondered that to! I think that they leave their bodies, but if Gemma wants to end up somwhere different then where her body is she will end up there.

Is it possible that their may be symbolism in there? I'm just curious. I mean reaching a place of so-called "utopia" where they actually free themselves until it is corrupted.
Could it in some way be paralleled with Adam and Eve and the temptation? Eventually they must leave forever by being condemned.
