With the constant expanding of the guild, I feel it's time to make something like this...
Tell us what you think of how the guild is being ran or make a suggestion here. The mods and I will keep an open mind.
If, however you have a complaint about a mod, or myself, please don't do it here. PM me and I promise we will resolve it maturely there.
Go wild.

This guild needs more active members. I looked at the member list and it is fairly large, but I went post crazy, and a few days later, my posts were still the last on the threads I posted in, with a few exceptions.

Yes, that seems to be the reoccuring problem in our fine guild. v.v; The mods and I are working toward a new movement to reactivate the guild. :3
It's secret right now, but we may reveal it soon. :3

I really like this guild and hope to stick around it for as long as it's here, so I hope it becomes more active. If I can help at all, let me know. Besides, my posts from last week are still the last ones on some of the threads. For a guild like this with 48 pages of members, posting activity should not be a problem.

Really the only problem is that you have too many inactive member, assign each mod a list of people to PM explaining that if they want to stay in the guild they have to respond and have a post quota.

The only problem with that is I really don't want this to be some uber-strict guild where we have to post a certain amount of times. Perhaps if I put down a fee, those who had to pay to get in will be more motivated to be active?
That's a thought.... Any opinions?

I see but some people havnt even logged on in a long time to be motivated. You'll have many bulk accounts on the member list causing it to be harder for mods to do their job. You may have to figure out a better solution, like your idea and deleting people without any posts.

Yeah, but Bulk members aren't causing the guild any harm because they simply don't do anything. So while it's better for them to be gone, it's not really gonna change anything. We need more interesting threads and such, but we're working on that now. But perhaps a fee would help to motivate?
