exclaim How do I request a background? PM me the pictures you wish to have in it (Please always send more then needed so I have options) and what you would like to have written!
exclaim I don't have a website, or registered to a picture site... How can I send you the pictures? Simple! go to www.tinypic.com and instantly upload without registration!
exclaim What if I don't like my background, can you redo it? If its a minor thing you don't like, tough... If its a big thing though (Like I spelt something wrong, etc) I will willingly change it.

All questions about requesting backgrounds are in the requesting post.
FAQ
Q: Where do you get your images?
A: I get my Gerard and Emmy pictures from http://www.gerardbutler.net/ and http://www.thephantom.org/gallery/ However my background images are mostly from www.boyis.com in the Peculiar section.
Q: Can these be used in gaia profiles?
A: No these backgrounds were not created to be used in gaia profiles. The images are far to large, and everything would be covered up.
Suggestions Youko-chan :3 You should try making ones of other Phantom movies! :O!!! A Charles Dance/Teri Polo Phantom movie thing background... omfg. That'd be so hawt. XD I had one I made myself up, but I made it with MS Paint. And it sucked.
