The older half-brother of InuYasha, Sesshoumaru is a minor character that plays a large role and is in fact important to the series. When we are first introduced to Sesshoumaru in the Manga in Chapter 11 and in the Anime, Episode 5: Senritsu no Kikoushi Sesshoumaru (The Aristocratic Assassin, Sesshomaru) we find out his relation to InuYasha. With his first appearance, we immediatly figure out that Sesshoumaru and InuYasha are half brothers [besides their obvious family resemblance XD] because of their blatant sibling rivalry and the fact Sesshoumaru calls InuYasha "little brother".
Sesshoumaru's main introduction is due to the fact he is searching for the legendary katana of their deceased father; the Tessaiga (Tetsusaiga). Sesshoumaru shows his strong contempt for ningen (humans) and hanyou (half-breeds) and even states his hatred for InuYasha. Throughout the early beginnings of the series, Sesshoumaru attempts to steal the Tessaiga twice; another time Jaken tried to do so with out his Lord's knowledge however. As the series progresses, Sesshoumaru eventually leaves the Tessaiga to InuYasha when he notices InuYasha's need of it to keep his demon blood controlled to stop his transformation into a mindless youkai.
Sesshoumaru is popularly known as a Lord as referred to by both Jaken and Myouga (InuYasha's flea) and it is mentioned he resides in the Western Lands; the lands of their Father. Sesshoumaru's background is pretty foggy and there is not much known about him currently. However, in the third movie Tenka Hadou no Ken (Swords of an Honorable Ruler), we find out a bit about Sesshoumaru and his and InuYasha's Father. Sesshoumaru soon becomes obsessed with Naraku (as does every other character..Naraku has too many enemies x.x) due to the fact he tried to kill Sesshoumaru more then once and has attempted to use Rin as bait to kill him.
Sesshoumaru is a proud, arrogant and strong character. He is perceived as emotionless due to his stoic nature during most appearances except for the rare time some one really agitates him which makes him pretty mad and scary.

Brief history: Light was once a decently known rock singer, but he was involved with the wrong group to get himself known. His current girlfriend at the time whom he was completely devoted to and madly in love with was secretly working to get information on his record company and the fact that he was rather wealthy didn't hurt either. When she got the information, she confronted him after telling the man she was working for the information he wanted. The girl that he once loved seemed so ugly. Not in the physical sense, but in another way. The same day, she tried to make advances on him saying she loved him and he really loved her, he should accept these advances. He managed to get away. The record company he worked for was completely bankrupted the next following week. Light was completely crestfallen. His ex-employer appeared to him, stripped him of everything he owned, and shot his chest which damaged vocal cords making him mute. At this point, the crestfallen angel completely broke, and found his only shell of comfort in the woods. Light cried for his lost love and for only thing he had loved to do was stripped from him. He didn't mind that he didn't have fame and forture any more, it never did matter to him. The betrayal of it all got to him. Later on, after being attacked by wolves, a sheep named Niru rescued him. From then, Light had decided to protect the sheep with his life. He viewed the little sheep as his little brother, seeing how childish the sheep acted. Songs: Slow Down - The Academy Is...

When Malice got the news of her arrange marriage, she detested her to-be-spouse. But as the weeks went by, the male she was to marry frequently stopped by to chat with her and swoon her with his charm. She eventually fell into his charm, falling in love with him. X3 As their big day approached, Malice packed to go to her fiance's village. But along the way, she was kidnapped by highwaymen. They took her to their village and held her captive, binding her to cold walls. When she bursted out, telling them she was getting married, they just laughed, looking her over with lust. Eventually they took her.. With the last of her hatred, she bursted out against one of them, in the process blinding herself in the eye.
