With the reopening of the guild, I just want to put some guidelines to be noted by all so that things will run a little bit more smoothly and organized than in the past. 3nodding

Uses of Each of the Thread Types
Announcements:
arrow For official use only
arrow Dictated only by staff members
arrow If the topic has some amount of continuity, then a single thread is used and the name changed. Page number should be indicated in the title and at the end of the first post via an arrow
Stickies:
arrow For special threads which hold some level of longevity i.e. hangout threads, 'clubs' or ministries.
arrow Are used only by staff
arrow Are also for special events such as parties but are to be changed to normal threads when th event is over.
Other Guidelines
arrow Decisions are done/made at the discretion at staff and the level of authority is indicated by staff positions.
arrow Moderators have rights to change member threads as seems fit.
arrow All moderator issues are to be discussed in the MOD SUB-FORUM ONLY.
