1. Its a pack, you don't have to like your packmates, but Roleplay your rank.
2. No OOC anger, please. Take it into PM if you are upset. Just because someone's wolf doesn't like yours doesn't mean they don't like you. -_-

The River Pack was started by Kara in her years as a loner. Fed up by several wolves constant irksome ways against her she sought out a pack that she could trust. She began searching and found several females. It seemed that males were hard at hand, or already frightened and angered the majority of the group so she kept the pack to females only. She found ones of particular toughness, ones that had packs or lives that previously treated them badly. Wolves with thoughtful minds, not simple ones. A wolf pack that existed primarily of ones suited for Alpha position, but for one reason or another were prevented from this state. The wolves she chose were also loyal, not necessarily to her at the time, but there was that spark within them that one can see. A spark that would allow for a strong pack, never to be broken. In time Kara hopes to perhaps find one male, for the sake of pups in the pack, but with the hatred that is seen she is not so sure of this choice.
~::Location::~
The packed is not named simply to ring in the ears, short and sweet. It is named for primarily its location. Kara spent months of travel looking for an opportune home, and found one beneath the base of a towering waterfall. Their home is not yet large, simply a small province, but lies in the middle of a santuary cut out by three tributaries branching out from one huge river. Crossing into or out of the lands is treacherous, but if one knows the ways it is fairly smooth sailing. For this reason most hunting is done outside of the pack grounds, not wanting to deplete the inner population of creatures to much.
The rushing rivers provide fresh clean water for them all, and a place of protection from other wolves being detered by their harsh currents.
A large lake exists not to far from the waterfall, only a half mile or so. It is here in which the forest opens up and another waterfall emerges from the overfill of the great lake.
Winters here are light, not seeing heavy snow or cold as the province is fairly low. Summers can reach sweltering temperatures, but can always be relieved by a swim in the cool lake being fed from heavy snowmelt on the rising background mountains.

Kara has fierce loyalty to her friends, and can be rather shy at times. She goes through significant changes in her personality depending on the situation and whom it is she speaks to. Not willing to backstab, if she gives her loyalty, she keeps it. She never calls another friend, she has found it causes her far to much trouble.

Despite her youth, Jori is worldly and pessimistic, a result of her harsh past. Ready to expect the worst from others, she often comes across as aggressive and hard-headed. Jori is difficult to get close to, but once her trust is won she's loyal to the point of death.

Ever since I got 'Neira I decided I wanted her to be a man-hating wolf. I've not had any chance to RP with her yet, unfortunately, but I was hoping I could get some RP with other wolves who are like-minded. She has a slightly cliche angsty past - She's young, had a moment of madness with a male which she now views as having been against her will / trickery, ended up pregnant and cast out and on her own with one surviving pup from her first litter (three other pups died). Currently she's 'on the run' from males who she's sure are out to get her.

Pavati is the daughter of Jori and a certain wolf named Kiros. She has a quiet temperament, and loves to give everyone pet names. She's ultimately a good wolf, and doesn't venture far from the pack. Likely she'll be an Omega when coming of age.

Raised by two loving and caring parent, Carey has fallen far from the tree. Greedy, conceited, and borderline sadistic, she has been itching to rebel from the past pack, and generally piss off her parents. Despite these flaws, she can be loyal, generally to those she trusts, and sometimes even protective. Otherwise she's a generally s**t disturber.
