Chachili had been waiting.
She had, of course, gone on with her normal life, as per usual. Nothing much had changed, and she still wandered about from place to place, travelling in search of fine grass to munch upon.
Yet, she had not strayed far from a certain area. She always came back, staying in the area for a few days, just in case she'd meet up with someone. Who was that someone?
Induna.
Chachili couldn't stop thinking about the bold little boxing hare. It had been a few days since they'd last meant, maybe even a week, and Chachili had always missed the chance to see the hare.
"Like I want to learn boxing, of all things," Chachili would grunt to herself, but despite this she really was hoping to see Induna again. She wanted to learn how to defend herself, to fight like the spunky little hare had, to prove herself a worthy opponent against Indura.
But when would that chance come? Chachili sighed, lying in the grass, near the same spot the two creatures had first met, hoping to see Indura once more.
"When I next see that bunny, I'll show her a thing or too!" Chachili grumbled out loud.

"That bout right?" Indunas voice peeped, though she did not appear at that second her voice echoed through the whispy grasses. A small rustling was heard behind the grey, deer like female and after a moment of silence the white and black hare appeard before Chachulli. Induna stood keen eyed, tall, and with a grin spread accross her bunnyish features. The grass around them reached almost to the very tips of her ears though the sun radiated through those huge odd shaped appendages and made them shine. "Whod'a thunk you would come back!" the little hare laughed her deep brown eyes glimmering with amusement. "I'll tell ya now deery, "she grinned at ehr play on words. "You call me a bunny again and I'll beat the stuffin' outta ya alright?" she raised a brow stamping her back foot on the ground making a few stones jump to attention around her.
Luckily for Chachulli, there was no wind today, the grasses wre still it was just hot, so Induna wasn't in one of her weirdly manic moods which were driven by the breezes of the savannah. She was there fore a little more docile than usual though that never stopped her from continuing her cocky act.

Chachili's eyes widened. She jumped up, stunned, trying to follow the direction of the voice. It was strange, with a gruff accent to it, but slightly familiar...
"Indura!" Chachili grinned from ear-to-ear as the hare poked out from the grasses, "Hmmph... you only make an appearance when I throw out insults at you. Maybe I should insult you more often!"
She didn't say this spitefully, however, but warmly. She was, in truth, happy to see the hare once more and excited at the prospect of a boxing lesson by the champion.
"I promised, didn't I?" she replied, "That I'd come back. That you'd teach me how to do that... paw flinging thing... 'boxing', that was it. Then, once I've learnt, I'll beat you into the dust!"
She reared on her hind legs, trying to whirl her hooves into the air, but slipped and fell onto her back.
"You'll need to teach me, first, though," Chachili said, embarrassed, but alright, "'therwise I'll have no chance of beating you, you bu... ra... HARE!"

Induna made a little grunting sound her nostrils fllareing as she did so one back foot striking the ground. She was excited. The grey springbok was fun to watch and to have a chat with. Of course working around the fact that chachilli had hooves not springy paws was going to be a challange, one she was perfectly willing to take up. With a grin after the little femme fell on her back she stood on her hind legs and chuckled "Alright one step at a time. " She paused and grinned as chachilli tried to correct herself.
"Well, we need to get you balancing first alright? you havn't got a spring like a hare but if you just perch up, just don't try and stand just on your hooves. As funny as it is to watch ya fall over, I'm not taking responsability if you hurt ya self alright?" she smirked playfully, she was clearly joking, her big deep brown eyes dancing with delight, she had found a friend.

Chachili smirked.
"I'll get it completely right on my second try," she grinned, "Just you watch, Indura! I'll amaze you with my talent!"
She reared up again, desperately attempting to remain balanced, but after five seconds on her hind legs, she fell sideways, collapsing into the dust.
"Unh," she grunted, legs shaking a little as she picked herself up, "That was just a fluke. It won't happen again. Don't worry, Induna, there's no way I'll hurt myself."
She tried once more, looking at Induna's stance and trying to replicate it herself, but she fell over again. Maybe she didn't have the body for it. Shaking her head, Chachili grunted.
"I can do this!" she said, eyes flashing with sheer determination, "I'm a capable, exceptionally talented student and you, Indura, should be an excellent teacher. Because of that, I can't fail. Now, when I stand, do I stand straight, or bent over?"
Chachili went through a few different tecniques, falling over from each and every one she tried. Listening to Induna's advice, Chachili found herself shifting all her weight on her hind hooves. Finally, she perched, upright.
She grinned at Induna. Step one... complete!

The white and black hare smiled, though she was a little worried about the sheer determination of the little deer like female. Watching silently though she waited until Chachulli had finally gotten, sort of upright, well what could she expect she wasn't a hare after all. Chuckling quiety the brown eyed femme raised ehr fore paws in the air and grinned "Alrighty then, now you have to put up your dukes!" Induna grinned happily her tiny white paws lifting in the air and curling slightly so that they made tiny furry boxing gloves. Of course, when she clanced at the deers hooves, she saw the problem. Chachulli wouldn't have any real dukes, but then, maybe those would be more to her advantage, she was pretty sure that chachulli would be able to hit damn hard with those!
Twitching her tail and nose in unison the little hare hopped backwards and forwards again never falling to her fore paws, her dukes beating the air before her. "now you have to jab and move alright? If you don't move and your opponants bigger than you they'll likely just flump on you or eat ya, which obviously is the worst of two evils!" she chuckled, she wasn't frightened of anything though really she knew she should be, she didn't want to be somones entre'.

Chachili nodded, trying to remember what Induna was telling her. She lost her focus, swayed dangerously, then regained her balance. This boxing stuff was harder than it looked! How long would it take Chachili to master the tecnique? The klipspringer didn't know. But she would try her best to do things right. She wanted to face Induna someday, after all!
"So... you put up your paws like this..." Chachili pressed her hooves in the air, trying to bend them and imitate Induna's actions. It was hard. Really hard. But she tried, all the same.
Daintily, the grey creature pawed at the air, swinging her hooves about, messily.
No. Induna had punched, quickly and effectively. Then her paws had returned to the first position. And then, they'd shoot out again.
Chachili tried. She jabbed at the air with her hooves, almost losing her balance a couple of times, but regaining it before she fell out of position. Finally, she got the moves right.
Jab! Return! Jab! Return! Jab! Return!
Now, to tackle the movement. Chachili groaned. Her legs were not meant to be stood upon. It was all she could do to keep herself up like this, nevermind jumping around as well!
"My legs aren't made for this," she grumbled, "Induna! This is torture! I'm not giving up, but this is... I'm not sure if I was made for this."
She wouldn't give up on boxing, no. She could already give a hard kick to any predator that snuck up on her. But she wanted to box. She wanted to, badly.

Induna settrled withher paws resting against her stomach for a moment, she watched the little klipspringer saddly, she knew there was no way for her to learn how to hop, it was physically impossible for a creature that was built to walk on four hooves. "alright, don't get a gobon alright?" she grins playfully "you know, you might not be a great boxer but hell you got the principle and the spirit, that makes a great boxer too, thats what my ol' man used ta say, course he said that after I boxed his ears" she grins, the little white and black hare had grown up in a litter of purely males. Her mother was sweet and dainty but her father had influenced the whole family, Induna to say the least was a tough tom boy and she was damn proud of it!
"I don't wantcha tto give up alright, but I don't think you can hop, there must be come other way" The lythe femme looked overly thoughtful as she sat there the wind rusteling her ears. alright, how about this, when you move get on all fours then back on your hind legs, you won't be as fast, but then, I doubt any lion would attack ye if you threatened to box their ears orf" she beams, it was the best solution she could come up with, though whether it would work or not was questionable.

Chachili brightened.
"You genius, Induna!" she grinned, nodding her head as fast as she could, "That's an awesome idea. I mean, if you'd have given me a little bit more time, I would've come up with something similar, myself. But, you know, this time I'll give ya' credit for it!"
She reared up, jabbing her hooves out, then quickly pushed herself, jumping from side to side, rearing up every now and again. She would jab, then she would drop, then she would run, then she would jab... and it went in a little circle, just like that, until Chachili grew tired of the routine. Puffing, out of breath, the klipspringer collapsed into the dust. But she'd learnt. Induna had taught her.
True, the klipspringer still wasn't able to hop about on her legs, but Induna had shown her something pretty useful anyway. She could just drop down and run. It worked well with her legs, too, for they were better suited to bounding than for hopping.
"Next time I'm threatened," Chachili grinned, "I'll bop the predator right on it's nose, that's what I'll do. Thanks, Induna... yer' a good teacher. Thankyou!"
She dipped her head respectfully, like a student would to their teacher, then stuck out her tongue, cheekily.
"But I'm still going to beat you, someday! I'll go away and train, you just watch! Someday, I'll beat you, the champion boxer. And then, Chachili will become the champion. You just see! It'll happen, someday! Until then, I'll just have to settle for being 'the student taught by the champion boxer Induna'."
Chachili really respected Induna now, but she wasn't afraid to show the hare some cheek. After all, they were aquaintances now... no, they were more than that. They were friends.
"We should meet again, Induna," Chachili smiled, "Next time we meet, I'll bonk you into the dust, I will! Well, I'll see you later. Don't get eaten, or trod upon, alright? And stay being the champion boxer... if anyone beats you, they'll be the champion, and I'll have to fight them. That won't be any fun!"
Then, with a wink, the klipspringer nodded and started trotting away. Before she disapeared, she called something over her shoulder...
"See you sometime soon, Induna, buddy!"
(( Thanks for the RP, Syrius! x3 I hope you didn't mind me wrapping it up! Thankyou very much. ;w; I looooove Induna! <3 *snugs her* Thankyou! ))

Induna shook her head as she watched the little clipspringer hop away, shaking her head she sat and groomed her face with her paws. "hey noone can beat me" she grins, just as cheeky as the grey femme. Once the little deer like creature had passed away, Induna relaxed fro a mere moment before she bounded off theough the grass jumping as high as the crass her tail flickeringbehind her, she had never had such a good friend before,s he hoped to see ehr again soon.
