Is it me or is this guild a bit slow right now...? I mean doesn't seem to me that we are attracting new members to the guild or even see old members posting in the forum.
Anyway, just a though cause I think a lot or I'm paranoid.

But not alot of people post thats true. >< Cause currently in my main guild COOP (Carnival of Outcast Psychos) we have 166 uers and out of those users only about 7 post regularly.

That sucks >< oh well, atleast we have a few more regular posters here now as well. And Im gonna try to be more active myself.

I know this is probably alot to ask since we now have 300 something members, but a good way to keep people interested in the guild is to send the newsletter to ALL the members, not just those who were interested enough to add the paper boy to their friends list.

And I have been working on adding all members to his friend list, one by one. Most people accept the request luckily. It just takes alot of time >< 300+ members and all ><

Personally what we need to do is watch who we let into the guild because if we just randomly invite or accept join requests without looking at the users stats about activity we shouldn't let them in the guild because they would most likely join the guild and never post.
And I'm speaking from personal experience with what happened in my own guild. Lots of users added but only maybe a 1/3 of all those users actually posted in the guild EVER.

XD I know what you mean, they all joined saying that they love and worship Metallica but never even bothered to post in the guild.

I think it's a priveledge to be able to be in this guild. So you know what you should do? You delete some of the people with little to n posts. It's not like they'll care anyways, if they don't even post...

I agree. Nobody is posting and it's making the guild boring. Hence why I propose Montly Maintance. People who aren't posting should be kicked. I started a poll and thread for the subject, called "People not posting". Please vote and hear out my idea's.

I know how exactly it feels like when a guild has massive amounts of users but only about a 1/10 or 1/8 of them actually post or even less.

Remeber that new members shouldnt be banned because of a low post count, let them get a month or so under their belt before banning them or its unfair. Ive just joined todayand ive posted about 10 times or something but thats becuase im bored and this is a pretty interesting place....

There are users in this guild who have joined the guild since day one of the guild's creation adn not posted a single damn thing.
