So now is your chance to trash talk Miss L without risking being booted from the guild...
...as long as it concerns the Japanese Lesson. :]
Was it good? Satisfying? Something you would want to continue to do?
Concerning the first lesson:
Yes, I know there wasn't a lot of vocab and it didn't really show you much about Japanese, but I want to do this slow enough for the people who need a while to learn and in-depth and fufilling for the people who can instantly digest everything they read. :]
Next time I plan to do food. :] I hope you all like food because I do.
ANYWAY!
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK! QUESTIONS! CONCERNS! COMMENTS! UNLEASH THEM!

I really liked the first lesson!^^ i alot of other Japanese learners ive tried to use were confusing but this was easier. i just need to print it and study at it so i memorize it.
for food, maybe you could like list the food and like what it is. like Kashiwa mo chi is like rice cakes wraped in oak leaves. idk something like that. a description. another lesson idea could be like Mother and fater and like things like that.
another kool thing would be as the lessons go on you like teach explain about how to write Japanese symbols so we could know the Katakana and the symbols. idk just an idea as the lessons go on.

Is there some way to post a quiz about the hiragana? That's the only way I'm gonna learn.
Or does anyone know of a good website that does it?
I am going to print out the list from the lesson and then make copies without the answers and quiz myself. Maybe make flash cards. I heart flash cards. domokun

A fantastic start for beginners. WHEN ARE WE GONNA DO KATAKANA? =o Lols. I hear it's mostly only for foreign/made up words.

Like, have a list of all the hiragana with no romanji (English), and everyone try to fill it out. When finished, check the one in lession one!
I practiced my, "alphabit" by reading Japanese manga aloud (even though I don't know what most of it means) and when I couldn't read the character I'd pull out my chart and reread the sentence with that letter at hand.

The only Japanese manga I have is some old B't and I cut it up for the artwork, LOL. Someone gave it to me freezies.
OK, someone's probably gonna throw rotten fish at me. ((ducks))
I'm still waiting to fix my printer but maybe I'll print the lessons and vocabulary so far at school sometime (I go to a year-round college program because I want to graduate before I get senile, LOL).
I'd be happy with a new lesson, 3nodding 3nodding 3nodding
