"Questor Information":Kaho-kun
Mule SN's:Katie Liddell
IoDM Newbie? (Y/N):yes
Serum: 54 and 113

Full Name: Katie Liddell
Birthplace: New Hope, PA
Current Residence: Someplace in Washington
Birthdate: May 16, 1982
Age: 24
Nationality: American
Height: 5"6
Weight: 135 lbs
Skin Tone: Unusually Pale
Hair Color: Chocolate with red highlights
Hair Style: relaxed curls
Eye Color: blue
Occupation: None
Personality: Relaxed but can be extreme with her moods. When passionate about something she breaks out of her shell, but until that happens she likes to sit quietly and watch until she gets her nerve up. She loves animals, and would do anything to help them, in fact she given so much of her money to charities that Mike threatened to leave her once.
Likes: Her cat,
Dislikes: Bugs! Jerks, and bullies. People who manipulate and lie.
Appearence: She's very cute with her curly hair often up in pig tails and her eyes outlined in black khol. She wears often hippyish cloths, like peasant skirts and tops, with sandals. When outside in all white to keep the sun off of her. She is slightly taller than some women but not overly and has some curves, she has a pear shape in which her thighs are large from doing indoor exercises. She is usually very perky, often to a fault and her cloths show it, with patches of glue, charcoal, and other art supplies as well as cat hair.

Hi my name is Katie Liddell, i'm 5'6 and a half. I have Blue eyes that have gold around the iris. My boyfriend likes to say i have eclispes in my eyes. My hair is Chocolate strawberry as in chocolate brown with red highlights. I am very fair because I have a severe allergy to the sun. It's not all bad, i take a lot of pills for it, it's just well i wish i could go out at least once. I'm tired of the dark.

I'm curvacious but not in a "i'm fat Oh my god" kind'a way, lets just say i'm filled out in the right places but i'm not a twig, i hate super thin people. I'm 24 years old and i've never seen the sun. I grew up in a single parent home, my dad ( i think i can remember him) died when i was little. It was a freak accident a metal pole went flying from a garbage truck and into his car killing him, i don't really know the details i've been too afraid to ask. My mom, such a strong woman but very over protective, had to raise me but she got to be suffacating. She controlled my life! I had to get out so i moved out when she was at work. I moved in with this guy i met over the internet, his name was Mike. We took the same online courses (i got my high school degree on a technicality so college was ok'ed) so when i turned 19 i moved out.

My mom is still looking for me as far as i can tell, i think she'll kill Mike if she catches him...i don't want to be found.

I love nature, at least i think i do, i've been out at night but not for long because the suns rays can still reach me even at night. I've watched plenty of nature shows and my copy of my side of the mountain is soooo worn! I have a pet cat named Dinah, i was on a Alice kick for a while, he goes everywhere with me. She's an Abyssinian, a very active, caring, and inquistive cat. Mike puts up with her but because she's mine, he loves her too.

You know i hate bugs they freak me out! Ugh i go running, SCREAMING from one room to another if i so happen to see a spider or a thousand legger. I hate them sooooo much, if i could i'd eliminate them all even though though the ecosystem would go caputs. If it's icky or slimy keep it away from me!

Huh? I guess i gotta go, my rides here. My boyfriend and i are moving again, mom's on my trail. Till next time!

Eastern Quoll

Description
Male eastern quolls are about the size of a small domestic cat averaging 60 cm in length and 1.3 kg in weight; females are slightly smaller. They have thick, soft fur that is coloured fawn, brown or black. Small white spots cover the body except for the bushy tail which may have a white tip. Compared to the related spotted-tail quoll, the eastern quoll is slightly built with a pointed muzzle.

The eastern quoll (or native cat, as it is sometimes called) has two colour phases -- ginger-brown or black, both with white spots on the body but not the tail.

Distribution and habitat
Eastern quolls once occured on mainland Australia, with the last sighting occuring in the Sydney suburb of Vaucluse in the early 1960s. They are now considered extinct on the mainland, although some recent sightings in the New England region of northern New South Wales suggest that the species may still survive.

The species, fortunately, is widespread and locally common in Tasmania. It is found in a variety of habitats including rainforest, heathland, alpine areas and scrub. However, it seems to prefer dry grassland and forest mosaics which are bounded by agricultural land, particularly where pasture grubs are common.

Eastern quolls can be seen in all but the Narawntapu Range National Park and the Arthur River area. They are common in Mt. Field National Park.

Behaviour and diet
The eastern quoll is largely solitary. It hunts and scavenges, feeding largely on insects.

Eastern quolls are nocturnal and only occasionally forage or bask during daylight. During the day they sleep in nests made under rocks in underground burrows or fallen logs.

Like the spotted-tail quoll, the eastern quoll is an opportunistic carnivore that takes live prey and scavenges. The eastern quoll is an impressive hunter, taking small mammals such as rabbits, mice and rats. They can also be quite bold when competing with the larger Tasmanian devil for food. Eastern quolls sometimes scavenge morsels of food from around feeding devils. However, the main commponent of its diet is invertebrates, especially agricultural pests such as the cockchafer beetle and corbie grub. Carrion and some fruits are also eaten.

Breeding occurs in early winter. After a gestation period of 21 days, females give birth to up to 30 young. However, the pouch contains only six teats, limiting survival to the young which can first attach themselves to these teats. After about 10 weeks the young are left in grass-lined dens located in burrows or hollow logs leaving the female free to hunt and forage. If the female needs to move to a different den she carries the young along on her back.

Towards the end of November, when the young are 18 to 20 weeks old, they are weaned (stop suckling) and become independent of the female. Within the first year they have reached sexual maturity and begin breeding. As in spotted-tail quolls, the death rate of juveniles is low while they are in the care of their mother. However, after weaning they tend to move away and deaths of these small, inexperienced quolls greatly increase.

The eastern quoll is classed as vulnerable under federal legislation, but is not listed under Tasmanian state legislation. Further details can be found at our threatened species site.

Feral cats are well suited to taking prey that quolls eat, the direct competition potentially forcing the eastern quoll from its habitat. Dogs, roadkills from collision with vehicles, and illegal poisoning or trapping by poultry owners are also causing declines. The species is wholly protected by law.

From what i understand, though they are small (about the size of a small house cat) they are viscious little kinids. They possess very very soft fur as well.

What is solar urticaria?

Solar urticaria (SU) is an abnormal reaction to sunlight or artificial light.

When exposed to light, the skin cells of someone with solar urticaria release potent chemicals (including histamine), causing their blood vessels to open and fluid to collect within the skin. Their skin feels itchy and has red patches, which may be swollen. These may look like weals or a nettle rash, and can take up to an hour to appear after exposure to light, then coming on quickly and settling within a similar period. There is no permanent change to the skin.

Is solar urticaria serious?

If a large enough area of the body is affected, the loss of fluid into the skin may result in light-headedness, pallor and nausea. It's important if you have this complaint to avoid developing a state of shock by limiting the affected areas.

Who suffers from solar urticaria?

Solar urticaria can affect both sexes and may occur at any time of life.

Why does it happen?

Although this is not clearly understood, it seems that a chemical is created in the body that reacts to light, producing an allergic reaction which shows as urticaria. The initial trigger for this condition is unknown.

Is a cause ever found?

Solar urticaria sometimes develops in patients who are taking a drug (aspirin and morphine-like medicines) or are exposed to a particular chemical. By avoiding contact with these agents, the condition may resolve.

How do you know if you have solar urticaria?

Usually, a doctor diagnoses the condition, often using phototesting (where an instrument studies the effects of light on the skin) and blood tests to confirm the diagnosis.

Different doses of ultraviolet and visible wavelengths are shone (usually on the skin of the back) to measure a person's sensitivity to each part of the light spectrum, with the response compared to that seen in normal subjects.

Is there anything that can be done to prevent and treat the eruption?

* Avoid sunlight when possible, particularly between the hours of 11am and 3pm.

* Use 'protective' clothing, such as a wide-brimmed hat, long-sleeved cotton top, and trousers.

* Apply high-protection, broad-spectrum sun barriers frequently.

* Antihistamine tablets can help to abolish or partially induce a remission of the condition in 60 per cent of subjects.

* Phototherapy or desensitisation phototherapy can be used to artificially toughen the skin of those affected by the condition. Patients are usually treated three to five times per week, receiving a total of 15 exposures. The result is skin thickening and pigmentation, which can improve a patient's tolerance to light.

* Occasionally, specialised forms of treatment are needed.
o Plasmapheresis - a technique in which some of the patient's blood plasma is removed by machine and the red blood cells are then returned to the patient's circulation. This removes a circulating factor from the blood that may be involved in causing the urticaria, and is demonstrably present in a small proportion of patients. The technique is still being evaluated and is not always effective.

o Medicines that suppress the immune system - such as prednisolone (eg Deltacortril) and ciclosporin (Neoral) may be effective but because of their potential side effects, their use is restricted to the most severely affected people.

Is it infectious or hereditary?

There is no evidence that this condition can be transmitted from one individual to another, nor that it is hereditary.

Can I go abroad if I have this condition?

Yes, but be sure to seek medical advice first.

Does this condition ever go away of its own accord?

Not in the majority of patients, but there are well-documented cases where it has completely cleared without therapy.

Kaho-kun
foxes Unite! lol love it sooo cute and fuzzy. For an art project once i had to draw my own face that was half transformed and i piced an artic fox! Hey if you ever get someone to draw your character in his beginning stage i'll do that for you! It's a promise!

aww thanks ^.^ yes foxies are sure cute and fuzzy arent they?
and actually, I was having difficulty choosing between arctic fox and fennec fox for my character, but then decided to use arctic fox cos his egg stealing 'character' plus his warm winter coat fits my character story just a lil bit more.
But fennec foxes are adorable, they're like lil.. mice-foxies 3nodding

I even saw a fennec once while guarding inside a military base 4laugh (you know, desert + sand = fennecs) I bet he was looking for food.

And thank you for your lovely offer! Do you have any art lying around? I'm curious as hell smile too bad these clumsy paws of mine can't draw very well.
I love the beginning stages of the transformation, I think theyre the most exciting part of the change!

*you hear sniffling and crying, a teared stained katie comes into focus* M-M-Mike and i had a fight. He said the cat had to go it was a drain on our funds. T-That the c-cat ate better thann us. She can't help it Dinah is only an animal! Mike said that if i didn't get rid of her, he would. When i went to block him from the cat who was soooo scared in a corner, Mike pushed me out of the way and i hit the coffee table. I ended up having to go to the hospital to get 15 stitches on my right thigh.

I think the job is getting to him, i'm gonna go get Peanut and take a nap. The good thing is i get to keep my kitty, Mike felt so bad about what happened he left me keep him. He said he had over-reacted. I guess i'll talk to you later
