The title says it all.
If I wanted to make a sader, how would I do it?
I've been focusing all level ups into str and vit. with the occasional agility and dex.

It depends on what skill set you want.
Sacrifice?

I've seen alot more GC saders than other types. So if you are thinking of going GC, you need to pump alot of int into your build. GC saders make alot of cash in GH chiv. Something I would really love to do on my knight or any other class I have. Being GC sader you have high magic def and melee def due to your vit. You can be a great tanker and will be able to mob lvl much more efficiently in GH than other classes. Equip him with pest carded armour and fireblend, you can auto stone curse a melee monster or even ranged monsters like raydic archer, and if the combo connects (Stone Curse+GC+Auto lvl3 Firebolt) it gives very sexy damage output.
