The next item is a Bone Dagger, that I poisoned with Super Poison. I don't know if you have to do Death to the Dorgeshuun! to wield it, but you can only use its special attack (reduces defence by amount of damage done, more effective against unknowing enemies) after finishing the quest. You can buy it from the cave goblin weapon seller in the caves under Lumbridge Castle, where all the other cave goblins are.
The next item is a Strange Object, that you get and repair in Mourning's End Part 1. It's this bazooka-type device that you use it to fire colored frogs at the diseased sheep just north of Ardougne.
The last item is a Rat Pole, which you get towards the beginning of the Rat Catchers quest. You can add rats to hang from the top part by having your cat kill rats, with a maximum of 8 rats.
