Just wonder where I could get a UI like this.(answered)

I've been searching around on various MOD websites and can't seem to find the UI that gives me this little bar at the top of my screen.

I am also looking for a good UI for showing hp and % of hp on mobs, partymembers and me. I dont want cosmo that just messes with my game and I get really bad lag.

I'm also not sure if there is a UI thread I could post something like this in. I've looked around and havent seen it. If I over looked it maybe I could get a link to it. 3nodding

That looks like TitanBar.

For the HP/Mana/rage/energy status bars, I use ct_mod. It lets you set those bar values to numbers, percent, and percent missing.
