.hack//Unison is an extra episode in SIGN that takes place shortly after the games. Basically, the characters from SIGN and from the game join up and have a party in Net Slum to celebrate the destruction of Morganna. The party is thrown by Helba, and, well, there isn't a whole lot more to it plot-wise.

to add to KibaX2's explanation...
Unison is episode 28 of Sign and the extra thing in the 6th dvd when you get the limited edition verison.
It was just a congradulations from Helba on defeating Morganna...
Last real episode of Sign... and last thing that happens with the games.
And you don't gain anything in watching except what happens when the two different .hackers meet and have a party ^^;;
