For Panic, probably There's A Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered Honey. You Just Haven't Thought Of It Yet. For Fall Out Boy, Dark Alley.

Panic! At the Disco-- either Build God, Then We'll Talk, or There's A Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought Of It Yet.
Fall Out Boy-- Myabe Dance, Dance-- just because no matter how many times I hear it on the radio, I'm not sick of it yet. Or... well, I don't know. My favoritew one overall is Honorable Mention, from Evening Out With Your Girlfriend, so I don't know.

Panic! at the Disco: that would have to be The Only Difference Between Suicide and Martyrdom is Press Conference.
and for Fall Out Boy: Dead On Arrival, Tell Mick That He Just Made My List Of Things To Do, and Sophomore Slump. Possibly Dance, Dance because that was my favorite before I heard it a billion times.
