what do you think of the new gaia... personally i like the free clothes but i was just getting used to the older new gaia...didnt they make the other one...what just 2 months ago or somethng

I hate everything about it. xD
Hate the layout
Hate the set up
Hate the new clothes.
When we were newbs, we got peasant clothes. We had to work for our items. Now the newbs get all these new and modern clothes handed right to them. crying
Then the layout is hidious. AND they got rid of the same picture they've used since the beginning of TIME. I've been on and off Gaia for a good 3-4 years now (since back when the personals were still around and there was only ONE shop, with MAYBE 200 items on all of Gaia), and they've ALWAYS used the picture ofthe blonde catgirl and red haired cute guy. Now what picture do I have to stare at when thinking of what to post? A jock with short shorts, a woman with hair that defys the laws of gravity, and a cracked up/happy Harry Potter. It seems they tried too hard for a summer layout.
And the SET UP....makes me wanna shot myself. I do like the little "Gaia A to Z" thing on the bottom, I'll give them that. BUT, it used to be that when you hover over "My Gaia" or "Community" or any of the other buttons on the top, it would give you the mini buttons underneath them. Now when I want to go to my profile, I have to click on My Gaia and wait for THAT page to load, then go to Profile and wait THAT page to load. It may seem like I'm being lazy by missing the hover function, but for people who's computers were slow enough as it is with the hover function are going to hate waiting for pages to load.
Overall, I hate Gaia for this layout. I know a lot of people said the same things when they've changed layouts before, but this is really really bad. Personally, none of the other layout changes bothered me. They all had the same top picture, and basically the same functions. It wasn't as confusing as this one is.
I know people will get used to it. Well, we shouldn't have to. This is a COMPLETELY different layout then anything ever had. If it wasn't for my guilds, I'd probably have quit Gaia over this because it's just plain annoying all teh changes Gaia has been doing. Gaia should be using it's time for more important things.
Btw, love how they never fixed the Guild problem, but they have the time to change the layout. The Guild problem is that when you go into one guild, you have to either hit the back key a bunch of times or go to "Community" then "Guilds" then "My Guilds" then go to the other guild. There should be a button that cant just take you out of the guild your in at the moment and back to the other guilds you are a part of. Again, this is also inconvienced by the NO HOVER FUNCTION to get to the guilds.

I'm done ranting. ^_^() i completly agree i mean ceratain things just iratate me for reasons unknown and the picture is one of them...you right to about how we got peasant clothes and had to start from scratch and if you havent noticed in any profile page you go to in order to get out you have to click on my guilds or my shop or my comments they should just put the normal buttons in...but i also like the mail thing where it gets bloder when you have new mail and stuff

The new layout has blinded me. It looks like a summer camp now. I love the new profile system... They definitely made up for the bad layout. We should be able to choose which layout we want, like other websites!

We should be able to choose which layout we want, like other websites! true true and a** i sayd before about that profiles they fixed it which is a bit better to where we can go other places than just my guilds or posts or something
