What do you mean by 'higher in rank'? The only 'ranks' are member, crew, vice-captain, and captain. You can't get higher in 'rank' yet, certainly. Sad to say, we don't totally trust you yet. However, if you were to join the forum, that's a different story. There, it depends on the number of posts you make. But that's just the forum, not here. Here on gaia, we don't have any extra ranks. I don't think there are any.
Also, PLEASE at least say 'you' instead of 'u'. Even if you forget a little capitalization or add an extra comma (or forget one), it only takes less than 2 extra seconds to add two more letters, if you actually know how to type. If you don't, it could take a little longer than that, but it generally takes me less than a minute to type up a message this length. I'd really appreciate it if you would do that so if you ever have a really important question I will understand you. It isn't that hard to type out a whole word, especially when we aren't on an instant messanger. On the forum, I think we have a rule against chat speak like that... after all, it's easier to read real words, if you ask me. However, it isn't a rule here. But I will make it a rule on a subforum I'll be making in a day or so.

berii_sweetness How do u get higher in rank? im just wondering... 3nodding Okay, this sort of goes with what Cinna said, but there's a little more to it here: You have to be trusted by Me, Cinna, and Suki(Me, Hakkin, Marshiemallows), and the three of us have to agree that you deserve the position of a moderator OR you can join the forum and basically earn our trust there IF you were one of our friends who we knew well origonally, you would be more likely to get on the crew. but, right now, we are keeping the crew down to members of the TMMA forum, and most likely really good friends of ours. You will need to talk in full words and at least try to capitalise the correct words(I capitalise too many most the time). I don't want to be mean about it, but that's how it is.

Also, about the whole 'u' thing.
We just added a rules thread... And one of the rules is "Try to be at least semi-literate."
It makes people happy. XD
By my standards (which are sorta high...), Semi-literate means full words (bad spelling is OK). Abbreviations (BRB, GTG, etc.) are okay. But not b/c. B/c bothers me. XD Also, capitalization isn't needed by my standards to be semi-literate.

I think she means accept abbreviations.
And you know why we can't accept it, berii_sweetness? Because we like seeing full words. I agree with Suki, just use full words, except for a few that are okay (she's already stated them). Kira's more used to the abbreviations (World of Warcraft... they all type like that except for her most of the time, and she sometimes does, since it's faster, and when in battle, you have to type fast to get orders out.), but she still doesn't really like them. HOWEVER, I don't think Suki is right in terms of capitalization. if you forget to capitalize every once in a while it's okay. But if you don't capitalize it isn't okay. Capitalize at least the first letter of your post...
Oh, and replying to an earlier post of yours... you suppose that's okay??? You can't "suppose" that, because Kira makes the rules! That's when you just say okay, and deal with it.

Because: Although a lot of my life was spent playing world of warcraft, On forums like this, I can't stand 'u' for you, 'r' for are, and 'b' for be, and other things. For notes in whatever class, I might right 'w/' for with, but that's for notes, and to save space. This, however, is not WoW, instant messaging, History class notes, or anything like that. If you don't like this, then I would either: A. Leave the guid or B. Don't /leave/ the guild, but stay in it and never post. EDIT: And I belive by 'it', she means the u for you, and r for are.
