The experiement is influenced by the following people.

Jack: Experiment 000, a toddler. (- - - - - +++++)
Nikiana:Experiment 002, also a child. Taliesin seems to relate very well with this girl, as both have spent a few weeks as the only toddlers at the center. (- - - - -+++++)
Vincent:Experiment 003, also a child. Taliesin does not appear to get along with this one. Perhaps he's possesive of Nikiana?(- - - - -+++++)
Kai: Experiment 004, a toddler. (- - - - - +++++)
Selma: Experiment 005, also a teen Tali seems to be very fond of her. Could it be a crush?(- - - - -+++++)
Parmida: Experiment 006, also a teen. Tali views her much like Niki, one of his good friends. (- - - - -++++ +)
Jasmine: Experiment 007, a child. (- - - - - +++++)
Manelin: Experiment 008, a child. Taliesin doesn't know much about this kid, but he met him when they were finding caretakers for them. Tali got a free lollipop from Bob but decided to give it to Manelin instead.
Tali also helped Manelin with his homework, finding something blue. Oo Something interesting happened and now he seems to view Manelin like a little brother. (- - - - - +++++)

 In a messy script a single entry is written.Taliesin Today we finally started our new lessons. The teacher is kinda rough but we get to play for the entire afternoon! Nikiana's my partner for this class, I was kind of worried I would get paired with Vincent. I wonder whatever happened to that other kid that was in our group? Actually... People go missing alot. Do they get to move out early or something?

Another scrawled entry meandered across the page as if the writer couldn't tell how straight the page was, a trait of trying to write in the near dark.Taliesin Nikiana and I snuck out to practice this fighting stuff ourselves. It's a lot harder than it looks. She got the first hit in but it took about five or six tries! We would have stayed out longer but it was getting close to supper time and we didn't want the Matron's to get suspicous. I'll write later. Honest.

A lone toddler dressed in reds and yellows came stumbling into the room, one shoe on and the other wiggling yellow shoe clutched shut in both hands. A red ladybug flitted around him, just outside the toddler's reach. He looked around for the older child Tali. Surely Tali would let him borrow something blue for his homework. He called out, hesitant, "Tali?"

 The older kid was working on his homework as well. His Matron had let him borrow some colored ink to color in the map. Bent over his work the child had his tounge half sticking out in concentration as he struggled with the quill pen.
"Tali?" a hesitant voice called out. 001 jerked in surprise nearly spilling the ink on his homework. Carefully he stuck the stopper in the ink pot before turning around. Hesitating in the doorway was one of the toddlers, dressed in red. Taliesin had seen him around a few times, but wasn't quite sure of his name.
"Come in," he said with a soothing smile, trying not to let on that Taliesin had no clue what the toddler's name was.

The toddler squirmed a little, yet when comforted but Tali's soothing smile, he stood still. Hopefully that meant Tali wasn't angry with him coming. "It's me, Manelin. I was hoping..." he faultered for a moment while the ladybug hovered around his head. "I was hoping..." Come on, spit it out! some voice inside his head demanded. "I was hoping that you could help me with my homework," he ended his request in a rush. He tried again, trying hard to speak slowly and clearly. "I need to find something blue, and I don't have anything in that color. Would you please help?" His dawn eyes grew large and round as he absently fiddled with the shoe in his hands. There was clearly something struggling to get out of the shoe by this point.

Taliesin's face brightened up. An excuse to put off working on that horrid map. How was he supposed to know where the Elementals lived. "I've got lotsa blue things." Taliesin mused outloud. He got out of his chair and headed over the the cubby that held his things. "I'm sure I can help you. What kind of things do you want? I've got this mask and hat, a shirt, I'd lend you my quill but I need it for my own homework." 001 grinned down at Manelin.

Manelin's eyes lit up. "Something small, easy to carry?" He wondered what kind of homework Tali had to do. A hat didn't sound that bad... He had his own hat, and it didn't try to kill him. "How about the hat?"

The older boy laughed. "Sure thing." Taliesin, unaware of Manelin's fear of the color blue, took the hat down from it's shelf. Kneeling next to the toddler, he neatly popped it on the toddlers head.

Manelin squeaked when Tali popped the blue hat onto his head. He quickly closed his eyes, scrunching up his face, and awaited drowning. After a minute or so of no drowning, he carefully opened his eyes to blink at Tali. "It doesn't hurt!" He exclaimed gratefully, then blushed a bright red. Surely Tali already knew that, otherwise he wouldn't have put it on his head, now would he? He could swear the ladybug fluttering around him was laughing at his antics. He mumbled an apology about his reaction and waited to see what Tali would do.
