Kizaki grumbled as she walked along the grassy and rocky terrain that surrounded her in its entirety. She'd been walking for so many days now that the world around her was just simply starting to blur together and she was getting annoyed by it. Flicking her huge ears in a bizzare direction, she gazed around her with her carbon copy green eyes.
"Where is Kizaki? She smells water but this isn't water." Her nose curled up and she gazed at the blazing sky above her.
Honestly now, this was getting to be annoying. Where in the bloody savannah was she? ninja

It wasn't a hard concept. stalk, crouch, pounce, chase, kill. The jungle herbivore grazed peacefully, unaware of the ghostly figure stalking it. Zimwi was determined to be a good hunter, bring food to the pride. He was distracted, though, by a sound. The beast heard it, too, and promptly bound off. Sighing, the adolescent looked around, soon spying something... Brown and white, moving through the undergrowth. Tactics were swiftly changed to stalking the strange new creature.

One of Kizaki's ears layed back suddenly when she heard a rather large herd beast crash through the undergrowth of the jungle-like-overly-misty-place she'd found herself in by mistake. She knew from experiences of watching her mother and father hunt that herd beasts didn't simply run away from nothing. Besides, she knew she wasn't making that much noise.
"Whaddaya want?" Kizaki asked, sitting down where she'd been walking only moments ago. She wasn't entirely sure where she was, so if she was going to be cautious, the best thing to do was not let something stalk her or follow her around all day. That would get annoying. ninja

Jumping like the utter chicken he was at being confronted, Zimwi found himself clinging to a low branch. Of course, gravity combined with his adolescent weight soon brought him back down, branch and all. Groaning, the white lion sat up, staring at the strange creature before him. "Well... I was wondering what you were..." He'd, of course, never met a wild dog before.

"What Kizaki is?" She wagged her tail a bit and yipped brightly. "Kizaki is a Wild Dog. Don't you know what that is?" She leaned her teal striped head to the side playfully and smiled.
"You need some help there?" She asked him, taking a few bold steps towards him with a smile. He didn't seem too annoying right now, just a little startled. ninja

"Well, no wonder I didn't know what you were! I've only ever seen other lions and the animals we eat." Not that he'd eaten too often. Despite his adolescence, he'd been allowing himself only enough food to live and leaving the rest for his nieces, nephews, and sisters. So, as a result, Zimwi had come out a bit thin, though not too thin. Getting up, the pale lion stretched out. "No, I'm good. It's nice to meet you, Kizaki, I'm Zimwi." Well, he figured that was her name...

"Zimwi. Well, you can't eat Kizaki Zimwi. She won't let you." The wild dog pup smiled at the white lion before her and wagged her tail brightly. He seemed to be nice enough, though she wasn't quite sure seeing as she'd never met him before.
"You look skinny. Want some food?" The little dog looked around as if this was a normal activity for her, feeding a lion she'd just met. ninja

The pale lion chuckled, smiling a bit. "Of course I won't eat you." He found such a thing amusing. Him, eat a wild dog? Of course not! His ears perked up at her next comment and he shook his head. "No, that's alright. I'm not hungry, but thanks for offering." A gentle smile graced his maw, orange eyes closing from it.

"Now that's good. No eating Kizaki. She likes that." Walking forward, Kizaki put her paw in the center of Zimwi's chest and grinned playfully at him. She wasn't one to dwell on things for far too long, and in her experiences, dealing with lions or any other type of cat there was such a thing as too long.
"Not hungry? But Kizaki can hear your stomach from a mile. Don't tell her you aren't hungry boy." She stuck her tongue out playfully at him amid a smile and sat down before the much larger feline. ninja

Zimwi shrugged a bit, shaking his head. "There's more lions than myself that need feeding. I can go without food." He stood up and stretched, eyeing the wild dog. "It might be wise for you to get out of here... There's not enough food for you as well, I'm afraid... And you wouldn't be able to hunt here. You're not built for it. Not to be insulting or anything, I mean..."

"you can't insult Kizaki. She's strong, but she knows when to run rather than fight. Don't worry." Her tail wagged brightly as she ran in circles around the larger white lion brightly. "And you should find some sense to go eat yourself. Sometimes when you're that skinny you can get sick, or so Kizaki's seen with her friends."
With a nod she turned and looked off. "Well, Kizaki's gonna go find the ocean now. She hopes we meet again." With a bright smile and a yip the little female ran away through the misty lands, sniffing for the ocean again. ninja
