The coloring on some of this is really great but ... rr, what's up with her hands? @_@ ... Did you use reference for the pose? Something is also weird with her right leg. Her face looks good but her hair looks like it's way too big for her head, plus it's coloured way too ...blocky. Maybe put more shadows in for strands?
I really like how the shirt underneath the vest is colored. That looks really great- but there are some serious issues with anatomy and just where you've placed things in this image.
Maybe do some sketches of people from photographs to help strenghthen your anatomy skills? That always really helps me.

I have to concur with Zebee. The colouring and shading is gorgeous, but the anatomy is... quite off. It looks like it's supposed to be dynamic and stuff, but the way the right leg and left arm are twisted looks quite broken. Also the left forearm looks much too long, even with foreshortening of the upper arm taken into account.
Loving the colours and folded cloth on the shirt, but the anatomy needs quite a bit of work. pirate

That waistcoat is fantastic. I love the bold lighting and colouring you have chosen.
The face is also great, it all tells me your a very talented colourist, but what happened to the hair and the right arm and leg?

I'm going to boo hiss at your terrible cropping....since everybody else has hit upon the other glaringly detremental factors of this piece. NEVER crop s**t out like that, its just bad, period.
Booooo
Hisssss!
You could really kick some freakin a** if you brought your figure skills on par with your rendering skills mate!

agreeing again with all previous comments about anatomy and excelent coloring. it looks like you didn't do a sketch before you started coloring, seems like you went straight to the coloring and didn't plan anything before-hand.
yeah the entire pose is unrealistic, i don't know who could possibly jump into the air and have their legs out that way. if you need good dancer refs with exagerated poses, this is a great book: the figure in motion
the photos aren't the best quality, but it has good live action poses.
her right eye is also a bit strange, its a lot larger than the left eye.

Fantastic crits all around. Thanks. Here's my attempt to solve some of the less than fundamental flaws in the image.

I don't hate the twisty leg action, although that right hand is, in fact, terrible.
Generally good job.

Great improvement, although as someone else said the hands could still use a little work. If you fatten up the wrist wearing the glove I think that'll help a bit without having to redraw anything.
(I once downloaded a trial version of Painter 9 and hated it. Even Painter Classic treats me nicer sweatdrop )

Some of the limbs are quite wonky and twisted. The right leg from the knee down very much so.
