Hello Everybody!
Since I know you all probably didn't get to go to the anime expo I figured I'd write about what happend since I got to be there. xd
First there was a Q&A thing, and who ever wanted got to ask questions what ever they wanted. Most of them got the same anwsers. Like his insperation for music was movies, and what he liked to do in his free time was watch movies. He likes to wear make up and it takes about three hours for him to have his hair and makeup totoally done. His likes cooking, and if he werent a musician or designer he would be a cook. His insperation for his clothes... well he has to think of a theme first and then he goes from there. He wouldn't tell what kind of hairspray he uses but he did say "it takes passion" [to make your hair perfect]. The easyest way to keep his makeup so perfect is he doesnt sweat. One of the questions that pissed everybody off was " why do you dress like a girl... i mean... why do you like to crossdress?" everyone was like boooooooooooooooo.... and I personally wanted to go up and slap the guy. But of course Mana was calm and beauitful as ever, his anwser was basically that you should dress to express yourself, that isnt a quote thats only a summery.
At the beginning of the Q&A they played a slide show thing of Mana telling basically his history, then they played a live proformace of Moi Dix Mois - Eternally Beyond (which is his favorite song to play at this time). His favorite classical musician is Bach, which made me happy as I'm a pianist and play Bach ^_^. There were other questions too, but I dont remember them all.
We weren't aloud to take pictures, and when the Q&A came to an end the anouncer guy told us "just because you have a ticket doesnt mean you'll get an autograph" *everyone stands up and Mana's still sitting up at the stand*. There's all out chaos at this point as everyone goes running for the escalaters. Me and my cuz ran into a road block and so we jumpped up onto the chairs and ran across them... obssessed fangirls? I think so. At that point we made it to the Escalators and everyone was trying to get on at once... scary... so we made it on, and as soon as we hit the bottom we were running again. A guy yelled "stop running or i'll take your badges" (there was a group of about thirty people) so we stopped for about three steps then started running again. We had about a three hour wait for the autographs, but it was worth it. We'd made it with only about fifteen people in front of us. Of course by the time a crowd of like twenty people cut in front of us there were more and we were throwing fits but no... the expo staff couldnt do anything about it because they didnt see it. evil I so wanted to .. well do something.
So by the time we made it to the front, they let in ten people. Around Seven of the people had to wait outside of the room but not in the line. Then three more people went in. At this point I was shaking... i mean i think my knees were hitting each other... and I'm not even the nervous type!... so we went in, and i set down my aunts digital cam. waited for my cuz to get her Gothic Bible signed, then it was my turn. It was like only me and him were in the room even though there were about four other people there. I crossed the room and handed him my Shoxx Bis, "Konnichiwa Manasan" I said... and i think i may have stuttered. He nodded, and signed my magazine... I dont think i ever looked away from his face. Then he handed me back my magazine and stuck his hand out... I looked down blankly at it... all covered in lace and pretty. I think I just stared at it for a bit to long. Then I reolized "OH he wants me to shake it!", so i shook his hand, (i cant beleave i didnt faint) then i crossed kind of to the middle of the room to leave and looked back... he was still looking at me, and think i kind of walked backwards, so not wanting to leave. He twitched his lips slightly... the smallest of small expressions. Then i turned to go... almost out of the room i reolized i left my aunts digi, and grabbed. Then almost tripped on my face out in the hall way looking at Mana's autograph. After words my hand smelled like flowers 4laugh which I thought was funny, but it was such a sutable smell for him! So the total of about seven hours of waiting in line for Mana.... was so worth it.
Oh yea, and Moi Dix Mois still plans on touring USA this year. xd

Also... Happy Late Birthday to Gackt! yay! 3nodding sweatdrop biggrin xd

-_-;; Typical obnoxious fangirls. Why he crossdresses is a damn well fair question, especially if you're not some crazed fangirl who knows every ridiculous little detail. As for linecutters, should've said something to them. Oh well, you got what you came for, none the less, rock on, next time be a little more relaxed mrgreen .

Ooh I was there too!! heart I always look at my Mana poster every night and every morning so his beautiful face would be the first and the last thing I see. 3nodding heart

Oh no, thats only slightly creepy. I'm sure he wasn't completely horrified by the girls sniffing him and his hand.
