In TPP, Olaf says that Fiona and the hook-handed man stole the submarine from him. Since TPP ends with then put on the ocean, I suspect that
1) Fiona and the hook handed man will turn up somewhere
2) We will find out about that LARGE "question mark" submarine that showed up on the Queequeg's radar
3) We will find out about captain Widdershins and Phil, where they went, and get an update on Kit (who I think is with Widdershins and Phil)
4) There will be some sort of reunion scene between the Duncan, Isadora, Quigley, Violet, Sunny, and Klaus

I predict we'll find out more about the man with a beard but no hair and the woman with hair but no beard, and that the person who survived the fire at the Baudelaire's (as stated in book 8 ) was Lemony Snicket.
um...
That's all I can think of for now...

I predict that the last book will be just as confusing as the other twelve.
We'll also find out what is in the sugar bowl.
I hope we find out what VFD really means. If we don't, I'll go crazy.

It might not be a happy ending because it's going to be released on Friday the 13.
But I hope we find out why Captain Widdershins left Fiona. Do you think it has something to do with his wife? ninja
And we might not find out whats in the sugar bowl. That'll be frustrating.
I also hope Violet and Quigley get together again. If he survives the eagles.

i think its definately gonna be true that the Baudelaire orphans are going to be reunited with the Quagmire Triplets, and if not that would be a big downer........also they might find out more about kit like crazy banana said and maybe a bit about Jacques and Lemony. as for Fiona i think shes a back stabber even though she did help the Baudelaires escape from the clutches of the evil count olaf. oh yeah and they might find out more about their parents
