I think it would be neat if we had a little sub-forum for food-journals, or just journals in general, where we can write down what we eat, our excersise routines, feelings about our weight problems, etc, where everyone could have their own little journal topic.
Would anyone else actually use a forum like that, or is it just me? whee

yeah i had had a smilar thought awhile back but i never got round to asking the captian as i've been so busy. dont think i can create it myself as the vice captain but i'll see what i can do
Edit: i'll have to ask as theres not all that much gold in the guild acount and i dont know if the captain will aprove of me spending it all

I probably wouldn't journal my food intake or exercising online, simply because I keep my notebook with me at all times so I can write things down as I do them. But I do think it's a great idea of yours.
Weight Watchers has a slogan, "If you bite it, you write it." I think it's a great concept. For one thing, if you're honest and actually do write down everything, you'll quickly see how much you actually eat. Weight Watchers does studies every so often, and determined that people underestimate their own food intake by an average of 30%, and that they overestimate their own exercise by as much as 35%. That's pretty hefty, if you think about it. If you write down all your exercises and all your food intake, just keeping your mind on it may help you make more informed choices.
