Keep in mind, BMI is crap, under it Sammy Sosa was considered obese.
Anyway, "overweight" does not correlate to real health problems as much as you are lead to believe.

So what? I'm overweight myself but with Queen Latifah's help, I don't really care anymore about my weight, but!!!! And its a pretty big but... haha... anyway, I do still want to lose weight, but I'm not that much in a hurry anymore. biggrin

The BMI is s**t. I don't use it. Plus, what's wrong with being overweight? They make the "healthy weight" limit too low anyway.

lalalandgirl I did the BMI thing for my age, and I'm over weight. BMI doesn't take muscle weight into account, and is extremely biased.

I took the BMI and it said I was perfect, even though what I put down is underweight o.O

And like the others said, the BMI is completely off. It says Marilyn Monroe would be obese.

BMI sucks. It is especially bad for younger people, and as actually driven some people I know to anorexia.
