Crystaline stared into space waiting for her biology class to get over with. Twenty three pages of reading and six pages of review over and done with. You would never of guessed that she was taking this class again by mistake. Finally the bell to go home rang.
"Megan wait up!" Crystaline shouted at her best friend in that class. Crystaline hurried to catch up with Megan."Will you come to my locker with me?"
"I can't I have to get to play rehersal, sorry." Megan said.
"It's fine. Hey call me if you get the chance will you?" Crystaline shouted as Megan dissapeared into the crowd. Her reply was a small "sure" from somewhere to her left. Being satisfied with the answer she broke off to her locker.
Moments later she was walking across a nearly empty commons and out the front door.
"Miss Moonwood, can I have a moment of your time?" "Miss Moonwood, what is your favorite color?" "Miss Moonwood how do you get along with your parents?" Crystaline was being bombarded by questions.
"What?" Crystaline asked as she was blinded by the flash of camera's. Suddenly a strong hand grabbed her arm and pulled her back into the school.
"Are you alright?" A warm but worried voice asked. Crystaline couldn't answer, so she nodded her head. "I thought you were going to faint."
Crystaline looked up to find a stranger. His hair was dark brown and long. Long lashes hid light green eyes that she could almost fall into. He wore a denim jacket over a white T-shirt and a pair of denims. He was clean shaven but look of worry on his face. Both of them crouched down on the floor Crystaline couldn't tell how tall he was. Suddenly she relized her skirt was half way up her thigh. Pulling it down to cover herself properly she asked, "So what's your name?"
"Anthony, and yours?" He asked.
"Crystaline," Crystaline responded,"thank you for the help, but why didn't they follow us in?"
"The media isn't allowed in the school building without written permisson from the board." Anthony helped Crystaline to her feet and then gathered her books up.
"Thank you." Crystaline said again.
"I dought that it's your fault. Looks like they're waiting for you. I could take you home, if you don't mind sneaking out the back"
"So long as I don't get attacked by questions."
"Deal."
No one noticed the old beat up toyota pull out of the school parking lot. Soon Crystaline and Anthony were Driving south on Redwood road. The cab of the toyota was small and cramped. The door handle on the inside had been broken off on the inside and the lock had been pushed down into the lock position when it had been broken. Anthony had music blaring on the radio. Crystaline kept quiet exept to give directions. She felt something wrong.
Finally the came into Crystalines drive way. Crystaline spoke first, "Thank you, again."
"No problem. I just have to ask you a few questions." Anthony said.
"Shoot." Crystaline used the term loosely.
"How old are you?"
"Sixteen."
"Do you have a boyfriend?"
"No."
"What is your favorite color?"
"Blue."
"Do you wanna go out Friday night at five?"
"Sure I'd like that."
Anthony smiled at Crystaline and got out. He walked her up to the porch. Crystaline unlocked her front door.
"Anthony... I'll see you at five Friday." Crystaline relieved Anthony of her books.
"Is it all right if I come in?" Anthony asked.
"No ones home. And I don't know how clean the house is. Sorry, I think it would be best if you just went home." Crystaline said.
"Allright." Anthony nodded his head while he spoke and turned to his toyota.
"Well you seem very popular lately Miss Moonwood." The West Jordan High School principal said in a sarcastic tone. Mrs.Derange was never known for her simpathy.
"Well I never asked for it." Crystaline said neer to tears. The last three days reporters had been chasing her around the vally and she had hardly gotten a minute of sleep, exept when she managed to dissapear with Anthony out the back way, when she fell asleep on his arm.
"I can't keep the reporters out of here forever." Mrs. Derange started to pick food from her teeth and flicking it at a small plant in the north-west corner of her office.
"I don't even know what I did, though ma'am." Crystaline said as she tried not to wonder when a piece of brocli or a chunk of an after dinner mint would fly at her.
"Then you best read the paper." Mrs. Derange slammed a paper on the desk in front of Crystaline.
The title of the article with a very blured picture of Crystaline said "Fairy Princess In Our Own Backyard!" Crystaline looked st the picture again and saw that in the picture some one had drawn a set of frilly wings.
"What sort of sick joke is this?" Crystaline asked.
"I was hoping you could tell me." Mrs. Derange said. "But if you can't I'll just let you go back to class."
"Thank you." Crystaline got up and left for her debate class.
That day at lunch someone tapped on her sholder. As Crystaline looked up she heard a sudden gasp from the other girls at her table. Anthony stood beside her wearing a pair of faded blue pants with a white muscle shirt. He held a single blue rose and his long hair had been pulled back into a ponytail. Crystaline gazed at him wide eyed.
"Anthony!" Crystaline finally said. Anthony took the seat next to her and placed the rose in one of her hands and took the othe in his. Crystaline felt skin that was baby soft and sighed.
"You remembered right?" Anthony asked.
Crystaline nodded then said," Tonight at five. I'll be ready."
"Cool." Anthony set the blue rose on Crystaline's trey."Don't forget!"
Crytaline Smiled weekly.

well, i liked it. it's very intriguing and i'd like to know more about this girl, anthony and what she did to get the attention of the media. the only problem with it is the misspelled words. other than that, it's wonderful. you have writers' block? hmm.... perhaps you could go onto the date. the two could try to go to a well known restaurant, but the media finds them and they escape to a secluded one not many people know of, but anthony does. there crystaline could learn more about anthony, and vice versa, and we could learn why she's being followed by the media. it's just a suggestion though. you don't have to write that if you don't want to.

If your spelling's always screwed up, why don't you just go through things with a dictionary. Doubt not Dought, Weakly not Weekly, Other not Othe
