 Aren't they adorable? This is my pet chinchilla. His name is Pooh. He is nine years old now. He is so fluffy... And he is also very tame, and somewhat obnoxious in his security. ^^ Let's discuss chinchillas, pets, Winne the Pooh, and other random topics as they come into our mind! Yay!

We got a picture just today of him sitting in his shoebox as if it was a little boat or something... I'll put it up when I get it onto the computer (probably in about a week, at the rate things are going right now).

He rolls over if he even thinks you're going to pet him. rolleyes He likes it when I pet his paws. Most dogs don't like having their paws touched.

Our chinchilla stretches up and stands up as high as he can when we walk by. This is so that we will scratch him under the chin or feed him treats. rolleyes
Silly Pooh. Thinks he gets treats if he's taller.

You mean that's not true? Dogs are taught that they get treats if they sit up and beg....

Yeah, but he stretches up sooo tall, as if he's going to stretch and yawn. He sticks his nose out of the bars at the top! *pets Pooh's nose* So cute...

Well it was brown with a few white patches and I named it Marshmallow because I like that word. I was about to go to West Virginia (the weather man said West Virginia just as I typed it... O.O) so I took the bunny to my Aunt Skip's for her birthday and she didn't want it cuz why would she want a bunny? Ya know? But she knew a lady who already had a bunny and she gave it to her and apparently they get along great.
