This takes place something between 15 and 25 years after the Time wars ended, well in your time frame anyway.
[Backstory]
Life was pretty normal, you had your ambitions, your dreams your either at work or school, time was passing you by at the normal speed, unless you have exams then it goes unrealisiticly fast. then one day you come home and you find you have mail. So you open the envelope and find a blank piece of paper. You look at it for a while untill suddenly something appears on it;
"Please come to a gathering of you're kind, at the abandoned train bridge. Come alone"
After deliberation of whether to go to something a peice of paper tells you to go, you strangely decide to lisetn to it and go to the train bridge. under which are a bunch of other people. You join the croud and get talking to others about the strange paper and such.
Then a mysterious man comes into the frame...
He explains to you about the war between Time lords and Darleks and how the battle ended in a stalemate with each side wiped out, but also that to save what they could, they left several orphans on this planet to continue the legacy of the Time Lords, and all you... are their desendants.

Quick Bio:
The situation will take place right after the Mysterious man has just given his lecture on Time lords, and you need to decide what to do and how you will get your tardis and what gagets to use e.g. sonic srcew driver or weapon?, who you want to travel with, it is perfectlly acceptable for a group of Time lords to travel together but ultimatley your goal is to rebuild the Time lord kindgom, empire, planet, whatever.
Normal RP rules apply e.g. no God modding, no killing unless the to be corpse agrees, romances aloud, actions within *s and out of RP dialogue in ()s
*speices would preferabley be timelord or human but i would like some villians to spice things up like darleks or cybermen or you can make a speices up. though to begin with timelords and humans would be good

Bio: Dreams of becoming a musician and going to guildhall to study music is nearly flattened when he has been intrusted to restore Time lord rule. recently in a long term relationshipship ending in a split on her terms, so a bit annoyed and confused.

Quick Bio:When Leo was young he found himself with no parents so he litterly raised himself up,Leo is the silent type and doesn't go to School.Leo just wonders along the Streets,A few months ago Leo knew he was a Time Lord when he met some inhuman killers after him but he stopped them,Leo didn't truly know about his Ancestor Timelords.
Leo was leaning against a Brick Coloum away from the overs,thats how Leo liked it,alone.

Looks around notices Leo, on his own. turns back to Fred.
